Their is a meal called the meals of misfortunes and the flavor of the frosty is vanilla drizzled with a mixed berry sauce, where they call it the Raven's Blood Frosty, and the sauces for the nuggets and fries called the dips of dread.“

“Best damn burger I’ve ever had!!!!! Everyone is really nice but the lady at the counter always acts irritated. My kids and I asked numerous times what time they closed and we were totally ignored by her. Finally a guy in the back came over and said they closed at 7:30. A simple response would have been nice, but she blatantly ignored us. Previously she’d take our order just fine, even though she again always seems irritated. I’m very nice and try to start convos but she never seems happy.“

“I had an early lunch today with a friend at The Burger Shack. Staff was exceptional. The burger cooked perfectly and the fries were awesome and not greasy. We also had a salad with our meal and opted for the house ranch which is homemade in house, delicious! Overall 10 out of 10. “I come here often. So often I rack up points. Today I wasn't able to use my points or receive additional points because the cashier didn't know how it worked. Usually they just ask me for my cellphone number and viola!! However, today it was not so In the present climate these little incentives matter to me. Otherwise, they are always courteous, nice, welcoming and professional. The food is good and I appreciate that they keep my snacks replenished (The homemade pork skins). Hopefully next time, I'll be able to use my points.“

“Our first time here, we are astounded!! Kid got the bulgogi bowl and loved it. The charred cabbage was an amazing treat. I got the Sando and it is HUGE. House sauce was so good, you can definitely tell the coleslaw is homemade. Wife got the chicken wrap and the veggies were fresh with three huge tenders inside. Fries are basic frozen ones, but they are hot and crisp and way better cooked than most places. We ended up taking at least half of everything home! Place is super clean, staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed salt and BBQ sauce for the fries. We are most definitely coming back to try more!“

“This is one of the best locations! I always get Cajun grilled shrimp with dirty rice. Then five hot lemon pepper wings, all flats, fried hard. My food is always PERFECT. Seasoned well and just the way I like it. The customer service is nice and to the point. They give what you ask for but will also make valid suggestions if you need them.“

“So let me start off by saying my server Kendall V was fantastic, I ordered tacos and she brought me extra napkins without me saying anything but the only thing that concerned me was how I was seated at a dirty table by another server.I worked in food service before and you should never sit someone down at a dirty table. “On 9/19/24 around 8:30pm I went thru the drive thru window to order an Impossible Whopper sandwich. I was shocked when the employee on the microphone snapped at me saying "We ain't got no Impossible Whopper!" I was surprised by her abrupt and disrespectful tone in letting me know they didn't have Impossible Whoppers available at that time. I repeated back to her what she said thinking she'd recognize her error. She didnt....she repeated what she said. Burger King employees definitely need to be trained better. That encounter truly bothered me. The drive thru wasn't busy....there was only one car in front of me. Smh

Update: November 16th, went to the drive thru window after not patronizing this location since September. What a great improvement, based on the employee, JUSTIN, who took my drive thru order. Justin was courteous, pleasant and prompt. He is definitely an asset. Loved interacting with him. Based on tonight's experience with such great customer service from Justin, I changed my rating.“

I don't know why I often think that IHOP is nothing special. This is so wrong because my past dining experience with IHOP is always positive. The most recent, steak tips and eggs, was one of the best meals that I have had in a while.

“I love love Applebee's. This visit lost one star on food due to my steak being smaller than usual and only getting 4 shrimp. It was tasty as usual though. The blackberry lemonade much drink was surprisingly good, and only $5! Wait time was 20 minutes for a party of 2 but food was out fast.“

“Got the new fish sandwich. Came out piping hot. The roll was soft. Very fresh fish with light and crispy batter. Tartar sauce was good, just wish I had a bit more. Sandwich comes with cheese. The size of the fish exceeded the bun. Best fish sandwich from a fast food joint I've ever had. Well done Roy's!“

To say that the wings at this ABW in Fort Washington are absolutely the best I ever had, is an understatement. This is my new favorite place to eat when I head north to Maryland.
