Ordered food at the drive thru, received items and started to leave. Checked food and the pretzel bun was hard as rock on one of the pub burgers and halfway hard on the other. The fries were old and cold. So my husband went inside to have the order redone. I had kept my burger because I was starving. So he want inside to get a new sandwich and 2 fries, he was met with disdain. The manager was the cook and apparently it was funny to the workers that the manager was putting out...read full review
Drive thru window guy never speaks a word to the customers, but he can talk because he takes the drive thru orders. ON FEBRUARY 8, 2019, I FOUND MULTIPLE ROACHES IN MY FOOD! I ordered the bacon cheese baked potato and a large chili. I put half the chili on my potato and slightly mixed it in. As I was eating it is when I found the roaches. I posted pictures of my receipt and the biggest roach I found. WILL NEVER EAT THE AGAIN!
