“This store saved a graduation gift from us that DoorDash totally messed up. Let me explain, We ordered from Va thru the Crumbl app and was delivered thru DoorDash well the DoorDash driver left the cookies on the doorstep and well the ants had a nice dinner. So when our graduate came home to her gift she got a surprise of ants on her beautiful cookies. So when she called us we were so upset. So we called the store and they called their owner. And boy did he go out of his way to make it right! He made another order and had it delivered from the store personally. Wow! What amazing customer service!
