Enjoyed everything — the dulce de leche in the chajá was so rich, and I surprisingly enjoyed the nutella in the red velvet cake — but the key lime pie was a standout. Usually I find that places make key lime pie too sweet for my taste and this one does NOT have that problem 😂 Would definitely order from here again!“

“Just did the cupcake monster decorating class at the Waldorf location and they were so sweet. My daughter asked for mermaid decorations and Chef Tai put some chocolate into a mold and into the freezer on the fly. She also did bats and ghosts on request, it was so, so sweet. Kids (4 and 3) loved it, and super tasty, too! Will definitely be back!“

“We were walking along the Wharf and decided to try a basket of doughnuts. They were literally the best thing I've ever had. They are the perfect size and the variety of toppings were convenient and fun for everyone in my group. The guy working was super personable and we absolutely love this! “Chip City is one of my favorite spots in Clarendon. I’ve enjoyed many a cookie and ice cream here with a friend. Flavors are always good, and the staff are friendly. The interior is very clean, but not the most welcoming place to sit and eat. Thankfully, there is plenty of seating outside in the pretty courtyard area. Honestly, the cookies are pretty pricey, but it’s what you get for a luxury treat in the DMV.“

“Lumier is a must-visit! The chimney cake is basically four desserts in one: you start with the biscuit toppings, move to the ice cream, hit the warm, perfectly soft chimney cake, and finish with the chocolate coating inside. It genuinely feels like a never-ending dessert. For such a reasonable price, generous portions, friendly service, and a great location, it’s an incredible value“

“Where to begin... got the chance to visit Paradise Ice Cream. Great and prompt curbside pickup service. OMG the ice cream cookies are so good but the strawberry cheesecake on sugar cookie is my favorite. I wish I had taken a picture prior but there is nothing left. Can't wait to go back to try more of their homemade ice cream flavors.“

“The entire process was pleasant. The initial inquiry with questions answered in great detail and suggestions for what amounts to order for a specific number. The food was very delicious. Everyone at the event kept asking about who made the food. The birthday cake was beautiful and very moist and sweet. Everything was prepared with love and delivered on time. I will definitely use their services again and would recommend then to anyone who requires catering.“

“T-swirl Crepe is a top-notch spot! The ingredients are fresh, generous and delicious and the crepes are absolutely amazing, perfectly made each time and very filling! They offer a great variety of sweet and savory crepes. The also offer a great selection of tea and ice cream, and the drinks are also very good! Great pairing! And what makes this place standout is the staff, they are always friendly, welcoming and very accommodating of special requests. You can see that they are well trained and expert in what they are doing. Definitely my favorite place and my daughters - Highly recommend! “Came to DC with my 9 year old for a concert. When we stepped out, we smelled something most delicious and followed the scent all the way here. It was incredible. Then the attendant said they can scoop ice cream on top of their cookies. And THEN it became insane. Best cookies ever!“

You can substitute vegan meats for lots of the meat dishes including hot dogs, impossible burger patties, and veggie sausage. They even have vegan sorbet at the ice cream counter. “I came across this chocolate shop while shopping in Georgetown, and I decided to check it out. I ordered a large hot chocolate- and I'm sure glad I did. The hot chocolate was the single best hot chocolate I may have had in my life. The drink was rich with flavor unlike other hot chocolates I have had through the years at chain coffee shops or the powdered stuff you make at home. The price for a large was a bit over 10 dollars - so be prepared for a bit of sticker shock. At first, I thought the cost was ridiculous, but the drink lived up to the cost. I'm looking forward to my next trip to Georgetown so I can stop in again.“

“I went here for my birthday (the staff didn’t know it was my birthday at first) and they were some of the most genuinely sweet people I’ve ever interacted with! Then, when they found out about my birthday they went even more above and beyond to make me feel special 🥰 In house I got the cereal milk soft serve with the corn flake crumble and an iced coffee overall an 11/10 ☺️ Very happy with my experience!!“
