“Delicious food & Great Customer Service!! I stopped here on Monday 9/23, and was greeted by the manager Jessica/Jessi and her awesome and friendly team! It was our first visit, but definitely not our last! Jessica suggested a few menu items, and made us delicious milk shakes!! We ordered two regular sandwiches and board walk fries! The sandwiches were loaded with meat, and very filling! The fries were piping hot, and the milkshake was hand-spun and made in front of us! We dined in, Pepperjacks is a clean looking & cozy establishment with great music! Overall great experience! Two sandwiches, fries & two milkshakes for $21! Check out this locations happy hour everyday between 2-5.. they offer $1.50 fries, and milkshakes (all varieties)!“

“I’ve been going to Taqueria Juqalita for years, and it’s always a great experience. The food is absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and consistently good. My go-to is the chicken tostadas (so good!), while my husband usually gets the burrito loco or quesadillas—he’s never disappointed. Their customer service is just as impressive. Everyone I’ve interacted with, whether over the phone or in person, has been kind, welcoming, and professional. I’m always greeted with a smile, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend!“

“Everytime I use the drive through at Hardee's Jada always say hello will you be using the app today? When I get to the window she always greets me with a smile, she's very patient, friendly, and provides excellent customer service skills. She treats me like a valued customer. The restaurant is really clean, I got waited on right away by cashier Monica. She was very nice and helped me with my order. I ordered the mushroom and Swiss single burger and it was fresh, hot and delicious!

“We stopped by Five Guys, and I got a regular burger with a large fry, while my husband had a double burger. The food was good—everything tasted fresh and flavorful, just what you'd expect from Five Guys. However, it is definitely on the pricey side. While the quality is great, you’re paying a bit more for it. Overall, we enjoyed it but be prepared for the higher cost compared to other burger spots.“

A nice environment to dine in as well, which i like to do to enjoy the food hot and fresh. Using the app can get your rewards as well. They also do some events at this location like bingo where you can win prizes.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, there is a play place for them. Kids menu as well. Events they have a family friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: Nevet used a wheelchair to go but they have handicap parking, a level entry and a handicap bathroom.“

Haven't been inside in years.I went in to let the cashier know that there was an error on the app. The order didn't go through, but the payment came out my account. “This was my first visit and the service was great. The staff was kiind and patient as I figured out what to order. The ice tea lemonade was very good not to sweet. The chicken fingers were great because they were not salty.

There is a wonderful staff who kept the tables clean and the floors swept as customers left.“

“We always use curbside pickup via the app, sometimes Crofton, Gambrills, Severna Park and sometimes Severn. (Can you tell we love chick fil a?)Every time we go to the Quarterfield Crossing (Severn) location, the same person brings our order out. Her name is Vicki, she’s a bit older, and she’s the best. She’s always prompt and so kind and our order is always perfect. She definitely deserves recognition.“

Wayne greeted me with a warm smile and served me the most beautifully crafted ice cream cone I have ever seen. It was a true testament to his dedication to quality, even at the end of a long day. “Not understanding the negative reviews. Service (Erica) was great & the food (single cheese burger without mustard or onion, & fries) was fresh. By far the best Checkers I've ever been to. Will absolutely be back next time I'm in the area!
My only complaint is the one & only driveway has a sign that says, "Exit" without an "Entrance" sign anywhere. Confused me at first.“

“My grandson LOVES Chick-fil-A. He just can’t seem to get enough. He is a very very picky eater. I can’t imagine how much money I have spent at Chick-fil-A (probably close to a $1,000.00 or more. The points help a lot when there is no money to purchase his double of strips, fries, sweet teas.“

“The food was good. They had background music playing extremely loud and the lady working the counter spoke very softly so it was hard to hear her questions. The music was so loud we could not even talk while we ate our lunch. As other people came in we noticed they were also asking for things to be repeated a few times. Another customer, around 25 yrs old commented to us that the music was too loud.

Parking: The parking lot is narrow and has constant traffic, making it difficult to get in and out.“

“Dont let the fact this Wendy's is in the same building as a convenience store and gas station keep you from coming to this location. It is one of the best managed Wendy's locations I have visited. Food is fresh,quick and service is top quality.“

“This is my favorite chicken joint in HoCo! The strips have the best flavor and if I bought them every time I craved them I’d be as big as a house. I have some minor suggestions for a better experience but none of them take away from how good the food is. 1, I wish you could get a meal with a boba tea. My husband always wants one with his food. 2, The parking lot is small and busy with very little turn around space which can be tricky during peak times. 3, sometimes they forget extra sauces in to-go orders (everywhere does this though), but the last time I carried out the young man at the counter was very accommodating and offered even more sauce if that wasn’t enough. And finally 4, I swear the spice level is different every time I order, lol. It’s fine, it’s not a problem for me but I can see it being a problem for others. Sometimes I get mild and it’s perfect, sometimes it’s not spicy at all, and occasionally my lips will be on fire for 30 min after eating. I’ll continue to daydream about the delicious chicken here and after writing this I think I’ll order today. Yum!

Parking: It’s in a strip with other stores and there is some competition for spots sometimes.

Kid-friendliness: Good size tables for families. Nice vibrant fun decor.“

“Good food and generous portions. Bento boxes are a great deal. The flavor of both the chicken and beef Bento and Hibachi are good, but the beef is sometimes pretty chewy. Noodles and fried rice are a little boring but everything else makes up for it.“

“I haven't been to checkers in probably 10 years. I was stoked to find one so close to my house. I stopped by grabbed a bunch of food and there was a slight problem with my order, but these ladies handled it promptly and had excellent customer service.I definitely will be returning and recommend them to anybody in the area.“

“This shake shack is always super goof. Food is fresh and hot the service is friendly! Everything is usually pretty clean as well, I think maybe once it looked a little worse than usual but it was busy so forgivable.

This location does get pretty busy and it can get kind of loud but it's in an ideal location so makes sense. Wife and I love this place.“

“on a Tuesday night drive thru the person taking my order did a very nice exceptional job at getting my order correct and nice also definitely goes a long way the fries are almost always fresh and the burgers are always warm and fresh it's not a Michelin restaurant but they do a good job of taking care of their customers!“

“The few things I'd suggest is they fix is to
1. Bring back the garlic powder, the garlic shakers were one of the big reasons I went to Blaze Pizza in the past. Just recently they quit putting out the garlic powder which was a big mistake.
2. Lots of the other shakers are either missing (oregano is frequently not out) or nearly empty“

“Always accurate, never make an error on substitutions and professional and kind employees.

Vegetarian options: You can sub in black or refried beans for everything!

Parking: Parking lot is free and right in front of the TB.

Kid-friendliness: Kids can get their food the way they want it, one kid likes supreme tacos and the other only wants beef and cheese, never an issue.

“This chick fil a location goes out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. I have a food allergy and they're always so helpful in addressing my questions and alleviating concerns. Highly recommend!

Dietary restrictions: I have a dairy allergy and they very helpfully checked labels of some of their products so I could be sure my order was safe and allergen free.“
