“Delicious food & Great Customer Service!! I stopped here on Monday 9/23, and was greeted by the manager Jessica/Jessi and her awesome and friendly team! It was our first visit, but definitely not our last! Jessica suggested a few menu items, and made us delicious milk shakes!! We ordered two regular sandwiches and board walk fries! The sandwiches were loaded with meat, and very filling! The fries were piping hot, and the milkshake was hand-spun and made in front of us! We dined in, Pepperjacks is a clean looking & cozy establishment with great music! Overall great experience! Two sandwiches, fries & two milkshakes for $21! Check out this locations happy hour everyday between 2-5.. they offer $1.50 fries, and milkshakes (all varieties)!“

“I’ve been going to Taqueria Juqalita for years, and it’s always a great experience. The food is absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and consistently good. My go-to is the chicken tostadas (so good!), while my husband usually gets the burrito loco or quesadillas—he’s never disappointed. Their customer service is just as impressive. Everyone I’ve interacted with, whether over the phone or in person, has been kind, welcoming, and professional. I’m always greeted with a smile, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend!“

“I tried their food for the first time yesterday, based on a recommendation of a new employee at my place of work. I was absolutely shocked by how delicious the sandwich was. The chicken was crispy and juicy and the rooster sauce was dynamite! After lunch, I recommended it to another coworker who then also ordered it for lunch and tried it for the first time. She said she had the same experience I had- life changing! If you’re looking for a chicken sandwich, this is the place to go!“

“A favorite chic fil a location. Quick and friendly service. Consistently quality food. Orders always coming correct. A nice environment to dine in as well, which i like to do to enjoy the food hot and fresh. Using the app can get your rewards as well. They also do some events at this location like bingo where you can win prizes.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, there is a play place for them. Kids menu as well. Events they have a family friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: Nevet used a wheelchair to go but they have handicap parking, a level entry and a handicap bathroom.“

“We always use curbside pickup via the app, sometimes Crofton, Gambrills, Severna Park and sometimes Severn. (Can you tell we love chick fil a?)Every time we go to the Quarterfield Crossing (Severn) location, the same person brings our order out. Her name is Vicki, she’s a bit older, and she’s the best. She’s always prompt and so kind and our order is always perfect. She definitely deserves recognition.“

“This was my first visit and the service was great. The staff was kiind and patient as I figured out what to order. The ice tea lemonade was very good not to sweet. The chicken fingers were great because they were not salty.

There is a wonderful staff who kept the tables clean and the floors swept as customers left.“

“This place was utterly jaw dropping. The food was just fully amazing. I 100% recommended eating here and it was clean and all the people around me were super nice. Overall this is the best restaurant/fast food that I’ve ever eaten.

Parking: The restaurant was empty but they shouldn’t be empty the food was amazing. And the whole parking lot was empty.“

“Tonight, I visited Chick-fil-A just before closing time and had an exceptional experience. Wayne greeted me with a warm smile and served me the most beautifully crafted ice cream cone I have ever seen. It was a true testament to his dedication to quality, even at the end of a long day. Additionally, Ben was incredibly kind and courteous while taking my payment, making the entire transaction smooth and pleasant. “Not understanding the negative reviews. Service (Erica) was great & the food (single cheese burger without mustard or onion, & fries) was fresh. By far the best Checkers I've ever been to. Will absolutely be back next time I'm in the area!
My only complaint is the one & only driveway has a sign that says, "Exit" without an "Entrance" sign anywhere. Confused me at first.“

“This is my favorite chicken joint in HoCo! The strips have the best flavor and if I bought them every time I craved them I’d be as big as a house. I have some minor suggestions for a better experience but none of them take away from how good the food is. 1, I wish you could get a meal with a boba tea. My husband always wants one with his food. 2, The parking lot is small and busy with very little turn around space which can be tricky during peak times. 3, sometimes they forget extra sauces in to-go orders (everywhere does this though), but the last time I carried out the young man at the counter was very accommodating and offered even more sauce if that wasn’t enough. And finally 4, I swear the spice level is different every time I order, lol. It’s fine, it’s not a problem for me but I can see it being a problem for others. Sometimes I get mild and it’s perfect, sometimes it’s not spicy at all, and occasionally my lips will be on fire for 30 min after eating. I’ll continue to daydream about the delicious chicken here and after writing this I think I’ll order today. Yum!

Parking: It’s in a strip with other stores and there is some competition for spots sometimes.

Kid-friendliness: Good size tables for families. Nice vibrant fun decor.“

“The concept of the place is takeout. They have umbrellas on the side in case you want to eat in, or eating in your car is the other option. The day I visited, one of the employees left the premises (the perimeter of the establishment) even with the microphone for car service orders, and returned several minutes later.“

Picking up online orders in the drive-thru at this location is also very easy. And it doesn't matter if it's breakfast, midday, super late, the staff is always sweet, they're always doing their best, quality is always on point. I never have to ask for napkins or anything that should be included for what I ordered. Y'all do such a great job. Thank you for being there (especially when it's late, in a semi food-desert, and hot, affordable food is needed). Don't work too hard!“

“Good food and generous portions. Bento boxes are a great deal. The flavor of both the chicken and beef Bento and Hibachi are good, but the beef is sometimes pretty chewy. Noodles and fried rice are a little boring but everything else makes up for it.“

“This shake shack is always super goof. Food is fresh and hot the service is friendly! Everything is usually pretty clean as well, I think maybe once it looked a little worse than usual but it was busy so forgivable.

This location does get pretty busy and it can get kind of loud but it's in an ideal location so makes sense. Wife and I love this place.“

“The food was good. They had background music playing extremely loud and the lady working the counter spoke very softly so it was hard to hear her questions. The music was so loud we could not even talk while we ate our lunch. As other people came in we noticed they were also asking for things to be repeated a few times. Another customer, around 25 yrs old commented to us that the music was too loud.

Parking: The parking lot is narrow and has constant traffic, making it difficult to get in and out.“

“I ordered a meal at the Columbia (Dobbin Rd) restaurant for curbside. When I got there and parked. Before I could even put the parking space number in the app, 2 lovely young ladies were already bringing my food out! Talk about going above and beyond.“

“on a Tuesday night drive thru the person taking my order did a very nice exceptional job at getting my order correct and nice also definitely goes a long way the fries are almost always fresh and the burgers are always warm and fresh it's not a Michelin restaurant but they do a good job of taking care of their customers!“

“Food was terrific, the mobile app was glitchy and didn't seem to want to work. Eventually when the order was submitted successfully, upon requesting the mobile order from the drive through, the employee said the had "just received it" in a somewhat incredulous manner. Food took a bit, but at then end, order was correct and delicious.“

“I don’t understand how a single person could rate this establishment less than a 5 stars. You’re getting fast food in 2024 for the same price it cost in 2004. You would easily spend 3-6x as much for the same amount of fast food at literally any other restaurant. On top of all of that the food was fresh, the employees were friendly, and the inside while being slightly dated was clean. What more can you ask for?“
