Naval Academy 1845 Coffee-Gatehouse is a quaint and charming coffee shop located within the Naval Academy grounds. The specialty lattes feature unique and creative flavors, and the prices are very reasonable with no tax. While the seating is limited, the friendly service and historic setting make it a pleasant spot to enjoy a cappuccino or one of the inventive latte offerings, such as the banana puree and peanut butter syrup latte. Visitors without a military ID should note that parking on the Academy grounds is not permitted, but the coffee shop is conveniently situated next to Gate 3 for easy walk-in access.
