First time visiting this Baskin-Robbins location and trying the Brookie Batter and OH MY GOD I LOVE IT ❤ this is the best Ice Cream ever. Bravo 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻 👏🏻
Please, do not sell hot fudge Sundaes if you do not have hot fudge. Tried to get one 3 separate times and have been told it's broken. For 6 months now.
Severely understaffed and mismanaged. I don’t know how the quality of the food is, because the line was so terribly managed that I just gave up on ordering. It is combined with a Dunkin where nobody knows what they’re in line for. There is no communication given from the staff either. I am nicely giving them a two star instead of a one star because perhaps their food is good at least. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt on that end.
