“First off, I'd like to say they provide excellent service. I let them know that my daughter had a nut allergy. They were very mindful of this and got out a clean spoon and also took out a new tub of the ice cream flavor that she wanted. It was very much appreciated. I had the coconut chocolate chip flavor and it was soooo good. I loved all the fun and creative flavors that you could choose from. Not a whole lot of seating in there, but why sit when you could explore the area while eating your ice cream?“

“Kilwins Annapolis helped me pull off a great last minute birthday surprise for my boyfriend. I called on Thursday and spoke with Kaileigh who could not have been more wonderful and accommodating. She was the real MVP of this last minute birthday surprise and I am forever grateful. The Buckeyes were delicious, the Peanut Butter cups need to be cut in quarters they are so big and rich, and the peanut butter and chocolate covered Oreos were heavenly. “I normally don’t take the time to leave reviews, honestly because I have little time for it. With that said, when I came across a review that says I paid this much for an ice cream, I could have gotten it for half that price elsewhere, it was missing something, etc.…. It just sounds like someone has made it part of his/her personal agenda to just bash a business for whatever reason they may have! As a resident of Annapolis, and someone who wants to support all local businesses, I feel compelled to say something in response… I have had not just ice cream, but also pastries, coffee, and pretty much everything you may find at the store on a frequent basis. I don’t think they are trying to be the cheapest guy in town and compete with McDonalds for sure, but their prices seem reasonable to me… I don’t like it, I go elsewhere. You get what you pay for… I actually find it funny when someone claims that the place was not clean, or some of the ingredients were missing! Talk to them, and I am sure they will more than make it up to you, if that in fact did happen. Don’t take people for fools to advertise other places…. Bottom line!“
“Visiting Annapolis for a wedding and joined my friends for an afternoon through the town. We are big ice cream fans and partake of the sweet and creamy treat wherever we go. So we've been to many over the years. Each one has an artisanal selection of flavors and all are delicious, but I must say, I got - I believe it was - the dark chocolate raspberry truffle at Storm Brothers and must say, without hyperbole, it was THE BEST FLAVOR I've ever had in my life! I would move to Annapolis just to be close to that flavor, it was that good. I will now forever compare each place I go to and every flavor I try with Storm Brothers Dark Chocolate Raspberry Truffle. I hope that someday it might be available in supermarkets near me. :)“
“WOW! This little trailer truck is FANTASTIC! The ice cream is just absolutely wonderful, delicious and creamy rich. If you have a dairy sensitivity like I do, well, let me just say it's worth it (that's what BEANO is for). It's right in front of Red Hot and Blue and open during the summertime. The kids and I stop in once in awhile for a treat. It tastes home made, so thinking it probably is. They have sundaes, toppings, banana splits, and a variety of cones, or you can opt to get it in a cup. I usually get two whopping scoops. The flavors are really amazing with a huge variety for everyone's tastes. Kids love to share a banana split. I always get two scoops because, well, it's just too hard to pick only one. My favorite flavors are: Peanut butter chocolate Cookies and Cream Butter Pecan Coffee Cookie Dough If you're on the fence about the flavors, ask for a little sample before you order. What a gem! So happy they're here.“

“Wow what a lovely ice cream shop. I was coming back from my sons soccer game and he won so I wanted to celebrate! We saw the Rita's and decided to stop! It was so good. Not only were the flavors super yummy but the service was great. The young ladies working there are fantastic. Super kind and enjoyed having a conversation with me. It was so pleasant and was by far my best experience ever at an ice cream shop. If i could rate it higher I would!“
“Took my kiddos here after their summer soccer league game! As a tired momma, I was delighted to see a friendly customer service face. Her name was megan or Magen I believe and she was a sweetheart. My kiddos loved the ice flight so much that they spilled a lil in my car. Looked very clean and nice. Thank you so much Magen/megan and the customer service staff at Rita's for making a momma happy on a hard hot day.“
“We walked in late last night because I noticed they had gluten free (GF) and vegan pizza. The owner greeted us when we walked in and was very excited to make my pizza when he found out I was vegan/GF. He was proud of the level of care and compliance they adhere to when making allergy friendly options. He told us TropQ stands for “Ty’s Recipes Zero (0) Preservatives Quality.” The vegan cheese was outstanding - melted like a real cheese pizza! I will say that the thin GF crust was charred on the outside but soft on the inside, so each slice was a bit “floppy” when you picked it up. But it tasted very good. We will definitely be back!“
