“I would like to share how lovely last night's private chef meal experience was with The Bell House Catering on 03/16/24. A dear friend arranged a small gathering of some of my closest friends & family for a going away dinner. My husband & I are moving out of state after living in Maryland for 40 years. This dear friend Nancy arranged for a "My Favorite Things" dinner to wish us farewell. We had the best beef tenderloin & salmon, accompanied by roasted mushrooms & various colored peppers & onions w/ Bearnaise sauce; served with a beet salad & goat cheese; green salad with avocado, walnuts, cucumber & Violet petals. We finished the meal with an amazing chocolate cake with espresso buttercream frosting. There were other accompaniments with the dessert ~ 2 different wafer cookies and a Petit fours. Each dish was announced & served on gold plates by Chef Kelly herself, along with chef Michael. I felt like I was in heaven. Thank you to the Brien Family for such a gesture of love, and for my friends that made time to be there. It was a beautiful evening. We love you and are grateful for you. “Selecting the Palate Pleasers was above and beyond the best choice we made for our wedding day. Amy was so kind and truly made us feel special on our wedding day. We had a few rough ideas of what we wanted, but her suggestions really made our menu come together perfectly. The food was so delicious, our guests raved about it. My husband and I ate the leftovers for a week straight and were still sad when we ran out. I truly can't thank Amy and Eric more, we will absolutely be coming back to Annapolis for their food again!“

“Katie and the team were incredible to work with. She was responsive and she gave us advice and direction when we needed it. The tasting blew away my family from the start, so we knew we were in good hands from the start. Our proposal included butler passed refreshments before the ceremony and at the start of cocktail hour —huge help for a large party and a small bar! They allowed us to customize desserts too, which was a nice bonus. Our guests still keep telling us how great the food and cocktails were and it’s been two months!“

“Aztk Foodtruck recently cooked the food for a wine paring dinner at Crescent Wine and Spirits. It was a four-course small plate dinner pair with Sposato Wine. My favorite was the Salmon Tartare, but everything was delicious. I would definitely call on them to cater an occasion.“

Christina helped us fit our budget and was very easy to communicate with throughout the planning process. She was also flexible and supportive when we had to reschedule twice due to COVID. Christina helped us to create a cohesive look for our rentals (linens, chargers, silverware, glassware, etc.) and visited our venue with us to discuss final details. She let us make changes leading up to the wedding and was so easy to work with. Her crab dip is absolutely incredible! We got to enjoy it twice during our wedding weekend, because she gave us some extra to go. All of the food looked beautiful and tasted fantastic at the reception. “I have worked with Julie to cater many events for my company, Chaney Enterprises. She consistently goes above and beyond with her service, attention to detail, and delicious food. We have ordered everything from delicious breakfast spreads for 30 guests, to full on fajita dinners for 130 people. Each time, her prices were incredibly fair, the food was delicious, and delivery was timely. We can't thank her team enough and will continue to use them for future events.“

“I have been going here for years. The New Ownership & Team are the Best. They always have my Favorite Moonshine when I stop by. In the event which is rare they don’t you better believe they are True to their word when they give me a day to come back that they will have it plus more.
I always feel Welcomed with feeling like I’ve known these guys all my life. There memories are sharp too. You buy there once and come again and you better bet they know what you are drinking. PRICES$$ Excellent compared to surrounding Liquor Stores. My MoonShine is OverPriced at a few Liquor Stores within a few miles of Lighthouse. I used to Faithfully go to one of them but when I feel taken advantage of ,I tend to deal with only the True Honest and Understanding Local Owners that get what we all have been through these past years of our lives.

“Pit Boys knows how to cook lobster! I am from New England and a lobster snob….most places in Annapolis overcook lobster, so the claws are tough, the legs have no moisture and the tail is OK, but not great. This is the fourth lobster, over 12 months, that I have ordered from Pit Boys and all have been huge, perfectly steamed and such a joy to eat. Do not miss the lobster dinners….great sides, large lobsters and great prices. Thank you Pit Boys for making this Yankee a happy girl. They even deliver through Uber Eats….👍🏻“
