They built the most incredible menu for us and the food was the most delicious wedding food I have ever tasted! Everyone at our wedding was blown away by both the food and the service. Emelie is a dream to work with and was so responsive to changes and questions. She sought out rentals to ensure my exact vision came to life. “My husband and I are an interracial couple and finding ways to integrate both of our cultures in our wedding was important for us. We tried to seek a caterer that could offer more authentic Asian and Latin cuisine. I was absolutely thrilled when I found Blin Catering offered both and happy that I can support an Asian-owned business. Blin Catering was the first vendor I chose and then I focused my venue search based on who had them as a preferred vendor or no preferred vendor requirement. I was very happy that we were also able to customize our menu and that Blin Catering was able to accommodate my request to create an off the menu special plated option for our guests. They had so many appetizers that sounded so delicious we had a lot of trouble narrowing down our choices. In the end, we picked 6 appetizers and 3 plated dinner options, and all of our guests raved about the food. So delicious!!! I was assigned to work with Katie who was wonderful with communicating, coordinating, and providing recommendations. All the staff on the day of the wedding were amazing and sweet and executed everything well. Highly recommend for anyone looking for Asian/Latin cuisine for their wedding but honestly think they excel in all cuisines.“

“Can I say EXCELLENT! We searched for dinner options on Saturday night and found SPs Cuisine through Google. I called to ask questions and the customer service was impeccable. I had a large order (10) and was understandably nervous, but the person on the phone was patient and knowledgeable. The food was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. Everything was correct, the food was hot, and the chef did an outstanding job. We will definitely be back. “Just so happened to find this place on Google. Looking for soul food other than Ruby's. Food was good! My family and I order collard greens, potato salad, sweet potatos, smothered pork chops, corn bread, and honey lemon pepper wings.

The negative: They forgot to add my side of honey butter, side of gravy, and the rice I asked for with my smothered pork which they charged me for.

Outside of that no major complaints. They are far better than Ruby's and the prices are reasonable.“

“We used Susan Gage in the spring for our firms anniversary dinner/event and it was amazing! We started planning in the late fall, and everything came together smoothly and it was super easy to communicate with the team— even as I had not planned an event like this before. I loved the personalization of not only the menus, but of the table settings and linens inspired by our firm and our event venue. Ann Ashley was our main contact, and we also communicated with Dakota Poe— they were awesome. The food was phenomenal. Sometimes I still think about it. :)

“We love Washington DC so my wife and I wanted some pizza. We were staying at the Embassy suites in NW so I googled pizza that was close by. Pizzoli‘s pizzeria came up. It looked good so we took an Uber there and the pizza was excellent. We ordered a simple pepperoni pizza and my wife and I both thoroughly enjoyed it. Made from scratch good. We were a little bit surprised in that it was a smaller establishment as we thought we were going to a place that had lots of tables, etc. This place has one inside table and five or six countertops to eat at and then they have several tables outside but as noted, the food was fantastic. Would certainly recommended, and we will be back home future visits.“

“La Prima catered our outdoor farm wedding last weekend (90+ guests)), and everything was phenomenal. The food quality was excellent - received many compliments from our guests (even the picky ones) - and the menu variety they were able to offer included high-quality meat, seafood, vegetarian, and even vegan options (we had a passed appetizers and a buffet dinner service). We provided our own alcohol, but La Prima did the bartending, and their front-facing customer service was fantastic. In fact, all of their servers were great, accommodating requests such as walking around the entire reception area pouring one-off champagne glasses for every guest for our toast, etc. The lead caterer, I believe his name was Jose, was super attentive to our Sweetheart Table bringing us food from the buffet when we didn't have time to get it ourselves, and making sure our wine was always refilled. Loved everything about La Prima and would HIGHLY recommend for any wedding or similarly large fancy event.“

No matter the occasion, the food always is great, her staff is exceptional, the decor always is beautiful, the presentation creative, and guests always remark on the outstanding job that she's done. Best of all, she handles everything you need and with Natasha YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING. She takes care of it all, down to the last detail. Never would consider using anyone else.
