“Originally one star but the guy name Tristan who maned the line 7:30pm on Monday 4/10 is the only reason ill go back to this chipotle. Great mood did everyhting right, and made the experince great. Give this dude a raise. Fresh breath of air at this location. My original 1 star review is below.
Go here if you want to spend a lot of money on a double meat fully loaded burrito, but get only a rice and cheese burrito instead. What a bunch of clowns. It's a shame that nothing will change because the workers clearly don't care and corporate won't do anything to make positive changes. Is it laziness or incompetence???? Unfortunately we may never know for certain.“
“I came in 10min to close and they already packed up the food. Instead of saying we’re closed and me having that argument that hey Google says you don’t close for 10 more minutes. They all smiled and started pulling the crates back out of what I wanted and prepared my meal. I felt so respected, seen, and heard as a human being that I felt obligated to leave a 5 star review. I should’ve got the manager name but the crew at 10:50 on 3/28 deserves some sort of top tier quality award from their corporate office or sumn. Shout out to them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!“
