Friendly staff, great service. One thing I'd point out as an issue though was accessibility. My girlfriend is a wheelchair user and had a lot of trouble getting into and out of the women's restroom. When I went to the men's restroom, I noticed how heavy the door was. There has to be something that can be done about that. Yes, there are surely other restrooms in the mall but when nature calls...
This is the best BBQ chicken in the entire North East and the way BBQ is supposed to be done, all spice and NO sugar! I can't believe that this was around the corner from my house before I tried them. Two years of my BBQ life lost.
