Found this rare gem in Eastport while visiting my daughter in Annapolis. Missed seeing Oscar that day but the coffee was excellent.

These guys are the best. You cant find a better spot to enjoy a hot coffee
You know when you find a staple clothing item that is so "you", it feels like it's always been a part of your wardrobe?
That's what Oscar's feels like. I can't even remember how we got along without it! The baristas are lovely and personable, the coffee is consistently delicious, and they offer little snacks and pup cups for the pooches of Eastport, too.
