“The service here was the best ! Nee at the drive through window was so caring and made my experience great and my day! Mistakenly my food order in the drive through was switched with someone else’s order. Nee flagged me down once I had pulled away so nice. She motioned to pull back around so I drove back around the drive through and she physically walked around the store to hand it to me so that I didn’t have to pull back up to the window. Thank you so much.“
“I've visited this location before, and unfortunately, I've never really felt like a valued customer until now. This place has potential, but it's really Arly who makes it worthwhile. Her service was outstanding! The rest of the employees, however, seem to lack the same level of dedication and attentiveness. Hopefully, management will take note and work on improving the overall service quality to match Arly's exceptional standards.“
“Really nice and pleasant place. Annapolis is anyway filled with cozy, warm stores to eat and have ice cream or cake or fine, and Starbucks is up to that standard. Nice place. And open till 8.30 pm night.
