“I love a good authentic food spot. I've been here twice before, and as they say 3rd time's the charm. And believe me when I say that Original Burrito with steak and my girlfriend's Steak Quesadilla were phenomenal! It lasted maybe 5 minutes after I got home cause I was left wanting another. The green salsa that came with it was the perfect accent to my Burrito while my Gf's Quesadilla was so rich she couldn't finish it. To top it all off, the Passion Fruit drink we got was a sweet elixir that helped the food go down and soothe the palette. I'm no food critique, but this spot is a definite 10/10 spot.“

“What a PLEASANT SURPRISE! My wife and I frequently go to this out of the way shopping center for three stores: Ollie's, Mom's and a Goodwill Thrift store. We always pass Pollo Fiesta on the way in but never ate here before this visit. First things first, I am GLUTEN FREE and MANY "Peruvian" or South American rotisserie chicken places marinate the fowl in BEER (cerveza) and/or use soy sauce in seasoning...this prohibits the delightful pollo from my diet! The wonderful young lady who was managing Pollo Fiesta the day we were there assured me that the chicken was hand rubbed with a gluten free seasoning blend. Both my wife and I LOVED it! I had a side of black beans that were good. NOT GREAT, to me, because I am used to Cuban black beans that are seasoned differently. My wife had a side of plantain that she loved. This restaurant does not offer much in the way of ambience. But it IS very suitable for a family with young kids! The service is wonderful! I highly recommend this restaurant!“

“My friend and I dined in yesterday and had a delicious meal of fish tacos at this location of Taqueria La Patrona. The service was excellent and friendly. We took two slices of Los Leches cake home which were fantastic! Why am I just tasting this delicacy at the age of 67!?The only negative was that there was not any toilet paper in the restroom. Thankfully it wasn't an emergency. Also the restrooms with marked For Employees Only. I ignored the sign. Maryland law requires restaurants that offer indoor dining to provide restrooms for their customers. I hope to see compliance with the law the next time I visit.“

“One of the top taco joints in the city. We ordered carne asada, pollo, language, and tripa. The tortillas as homemade and crisped on the plancha so you don't even mind that they only single wrap the tacos. There's only salsa roja and limes to adjust the seasoning, but the salsa is really good with a moderate level of heat. My favorite of the meats we ordered was probably carne asada, my husband's was the tripa, but they were all really good. The table service was quick and friendly. The horchata was very sweet and bit like something I would make at home from a mix but honestly it hit the spot. This place is up there with Cinco de Mayo Dos, maybe just behind Sabor del Parque due to the limited number of non pork filling options. But all three are up there at the peak of Bmore tacos.“

We ordered nachos with mixed protein and the serving size was so big! And the burritos are so good. My only complaint is when we ordered chicken tacos, the protein was really dry. Also the carne asada burrito had a lot of cartilage unless you like that then it shouldn't be problem. Service was very quick! The parking can get a little frustrating since it's a food truck parked right by a business area.“

The carne asada and al pastor tacos were amazing! They are served with some generously cut cucumbers and radishes for a nice fresh bite too. Loved it. The horchata was great too“

“We order from here at least once a month on Uber Eats. This place has NEVER gotten my order wrong. I am from Southern California so my standards for Mexican food are fairly high. The birria is top notch. The quesadillas will have your taste buds bursting. My favorite is their Watermelon agua fresca. Chefs kiss. I will say, I wish they offered elote on the cob as the cups are too watery for my taste. I used to have an elote man come through my neighborhood as a child and sell fresh elote out of his van. I haven't been able to find it that good since. Put this place at the top of your list if you want consistent delicious Mexican food! Muy delicioso!“

“Went today and had a taco salad and it was great!! Just the right combination of ingredients and was hit and NOT greasy. Server was very attentive and was watching as she removed the plate soon after finishing and stopped by a couple of times to see if everything was ok. Definitely will be returning“

However, it was a bit on the small size given the price and as others have mentioned, there is an automatic 12% gratuity added to the charge that really doesn't make sense unless you sit at the limited seating at the bar. That said, there isn't a lot of seating overall, so don't count on a spot.“
