“Great Roy Roger's franchise in Apen Hill! I eat at the Roy's in Burtonsville frequently and they are constantly amazing! This location holds to the tradition of great food and service. I got the Double R Bar burger and went nuts at the fixins bar! What a treat! The service was friendly and my food was ready quickly. I highly recommend this location! Five stars all the way around!“

The lemonade was perfectly measured and in perfect quantities. The food was very organized, of good quality, and at an excellent temperature for human consumption. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything in my order was right. You can tell she actually cares about the customers, which made the visit a lot better.The food was also on point. The fries were fresh and tasted like they were cooked in clean oil — which makes a huge difference because sometimes they can taste old or mixed with other fryer items. “ Big Buns in Arlington, VA is where it's at! The place has this cool vibe going on – you walk in, and you just know you're in for a good time. The food? Man, they've got all kinds of stuff on the menu. Burgers that'll make your mouth water, and they even have this insane Unicorn shake for dessert – it's like something out of a dream. And don't even get me started on the drinks. They've got some seriously killer cocktails that'll knock your socks off. Oh, and did I mention the location? It's smack dab in the middle of Arlington, so it's super easy to get to. And the service? A+. The staff is friendly, and fast. “Worst creme brûlée I have ever had at a restaurant. Not creamy at all, more like scrambled eggs. The only good part was the burnt sugar on top. Went for restaurant week and they did mint have the crab soup available which was on the restaurant week menu, and one of the main reasons I went. Fried green tomatoes were good as well as the mussels. But definitely let down by dessert.“

“Once you try one of the Sunshine Store's sandwiches, you will wonder why it took so long to try one! 😊 My husband and father in law introduced me to this hidden pleasure the first time I visited the area. We started with breakfast (tasting the local culinary treasure of scrapple), then I was introduced to their burgers on the same trip, and I was surprised that everything is cooked to order. I have not found any burger yet that is close to comparison!! My husband's family has made this a regular stop for sandwiches over several decades and generations. My father in law (nearby farmer/owner of Greenstone Custom Farming) has eaten there for several decades along with feeding his crew from this hidden gem, this has been a favorite of my husband's since he was old enough to eat there, and now it is a favorite place for our children to eat with grandpa. The store is small and with limited seating, it would be best to order the food to go or if you are eating alone you can sit at the counter and watch your food be prepared. A must try in the area and definitely worth the drive through the beautiful countryside!“

“My experience was phenomenal. I ordered General Tao’s Chicken. To be blunt fully honest I haven’t tasted General Tao’s Chicken that good in almost ten years. Other Chinese places are cutting back on the sauce to cut cost but they didn’t do that. I had ordered extra sauce just in case only to realize I didn’t really need it since they put adequate sauce on the chicken. I would definitely recommend.“

“I have been to this place about 10 years ago by one of my golf members who was an army veteran. My back ground is culinary/hospitality industry and was so impressed by service and also food quality.. His family and my family celebrated our special occasions every year. Now, we are coming back here again on August 27th to celebrate his 68th wedding anniversary and their 90years birthday also. This is his wife's pick and I and he are excited for next week event.“

“Five stars, obviously. I practically live at Burger King because, well... I'm the King. Every morning I wake up on my royal throne, inspect the fries, and make sure every Whopper is worthy of my kingdom. The employees totally know me (at least in my imagination), and I like to think they're my loyal royal guards.

The food? Approved by the King himself. Whenever I walk in, I feel like I'm returning to my castle after a long journey. The burgers are my royal feast, the fries are my golden treasure, and the drinks are the official beverage of the kingdom.

Some people have houses, but I have Burger King. My mail definitely gets delivered there, and I'm pretty sure my bedroom is somewhere behind the kitchen. If you don't see me in the dining area, I'm probably busy attending an important royal meeting with my Whopper.

Jokes aside, it's always a fun place to grab a quick meal, and I never leave hungry. Long live the Whopper, long live the fries, and most importantly... long live the King! If you're looking for a royal dining experience, this is the place to visit. Your King has spoken.“

It was extremely cold outside, and my car wouldn’t start because of the weather. They went out of their way to help me get my car started. I came in and ordered the Washington Cheesesteak and man was it good! Plenty more of meat and veggies, large portion of fries, and not overly priced! I will definitely be back soon!“

“We dined as a family of five on a Friday evening. The atmosphere was spectacular while sitting on the patio overlooking the beautiful grounds. Our meal started with wings and soup. The wings were the perfect level of crispness with bold flavor. We also ordered the new tomato soup and that was rich, warm, creamy and deliciously we would definitely order it again. When our entree’s arrived we were left disappointed. I ordered the 8 oz filet with fries, and two spices, Gael I butter and brandy pepper corn. The filet was drowned in what I can only describe as McCormick’s Montreal Steak Seasoning. I am a purist and believe a fine cut of steak only needs salt and pepper. I could only make it half way through my steak because of the tremendous amount of salt. I was disappointed that it was a house blend of spices especially with a chef in the kitchen. The steak sauces while had a great flavor were over powered by the extreme seasonings and were severed cold and mildly gelatinous. My husband got the steak and seafood trio. He raved about the lobster ravioli however his steak was full of gristle and not very edible. We ended our meal with a crème brûlée. The custard was missing the bold vanilla flavor and was pretty bland. The sugar crust was crop and perfect. The cocktails were made fresh and delicious however when the check arrived we realized that we were charged full price instead of the happy hour pricing. Overall, the appetizers and cocktails were delicious and the atmosphere can’t be beat. We are hoping we just came on an off night for the chef. We hope to come back to try it again. We can certainly see the potential.“
