They built the most incredible menu for us and the food was the most delicious wedding food I have ever tasted! Everyone at our wedding was blown away by both the food and the service. Emelie is a dream to work with and was so responsive to changes and questions. She sought out rentals to ensure my exact vision came to life. Her team is amazing and everyone who was on site was so friendly, helpful, and professional. I cannot say enough good things about Corcoran! If you are considering the as your caterer - DO IT! You cannot go wrong! Emelie went above and beyond to honor our requests. From having the chef learn a new recipe to honor our brother who passed away, to having alcohol free sauces made for our sober guests, I was blown away with her service and ability to accommodate any request! We got a large catering order for my daughter’s birthday and everyone raved about each dish, in particular the chicken skewers, lumpia and lechon! “Gigui is the most underrated Haitian cuisine around. The flavors are absolutely great. The mac and cheese is my favorite period, but the pork sandwich and stews are really good too!!! the various meat, fish and fruit pies disappear fast. Gigui is someone who you just have to meet, her friendly personality and attention to flavor is outstanding. She makes the orders as fresh as possible. Please remember that the food is cooked to order and takes time to prepare some of the time. There is a wait for food , but nothing different from a regular sit down restaurant. so please be patient. I love that she keeps coming out with specials and holds special events and catering. I can't just walk past without getting something new or the Mac and cheese. Thank you Gigui!“

“I was in Maryland for a few days, and i was having trouble to find a good place to have breakfast at a reasonable price and I found this place. It made it easy for myself and my family to get a good breakfast. I ate there at least once a day everyday I was there. The owner was very nice and they were very clean when getting my food done, I also liked how food wasn’t all greasy. I recommend this place I would definitely go back in the future if I go back to Maryland :)“

“Signature Caterers is the absolute best kosher caterer in the DMV! When we started wedding planning we knew that the caterer was going to be a critical and important vendor of our wedding. We are so happy we found Signature. From the moment I called and spoke with Debra, I knew I found the caterer for us. Debra was so amazing I explained what we were looking for and what our budget was for catering and she delivered. Throughout the whole process Debras was responsive, transparent, and professional. We enjoyed working with Debra a lot. Our food tasting exceeded all our expectations and my wedding planner said the food from signature was the best food she ever had. Also, my husband and I love Harry Potter and we wanted to have butterbeer at our wedding and Debra made our dream come true by finding a parve recipe which everyone loved at the wedding! The day of the wedding Justin came with all the staff and they were all amazing and made sure our wedding was flawless. The food was such a hit at our wedding and we received so many compliments from all our guests. We were so impressed with both the quality, quantity and taste of all the food made by Signature. We are so happy we worked with Signature and definitely recommend working with them!“
“Catering by Uptown was our caterer/vendor for a wedding at the Torpedo Factory Art Center. The had an hour and a half to set up all the furniture for the ceremony and reception and the mobile kitchen. They pulled it all off seamlessly! I had two day-of coordinators to help orchestrate the day and they both were so sweet and thoughtful. Ya-Maila was detailed and quick on her feet, and the kitchen manager (didn't catch her name) was so kind and thoughtful.They went above and beyond to make our special day run so smoothly, it was really magical thanks to them!“
