Seafood Papelka had a good flavor, but the added imitation crab meat. A seafood that adds imitation crab meat to any dishes gets a low rating. Imitation crab meat is disgusting, that did not indicate on the menu that this was included.

Food was good, service was pretty slow but friendly. But the bill was a pain.First of all the already added 18% gratuity is a little off-putting since we didn't notice it on the menu and the server didn't mention it. Worse, the optional tip recommendations included on the credit card receipt range from 15-20% on top of the 18% already added. Why not a +2, +4, +7 options for 20/22/25% tips? Misleading. But worst of all, the soup pricing was completely wrong on our bill resulting in a bill that was $32 too high before they added the default 18% tip. Almost $70 for 4 starter soups! Luckily I noticed, but it took 3 further attempts to correct the bill, finally corrected via a manual discount from a manager. I'm pretty sure anyone else that orders soup here is also getting over billed. Buyer beware, check your bill carefully. This was a restaurant billing system issue and not the server.Between the automatic tip, misleading bonus tip and difficult to correct overcharge issue, it's hard to recommend this restaurant.

Went here for dinner and the food was really bomb. The house special blend sauce in the seafood boil was a highlight. Ask for Muffin, she was super nice and the best bartender ! Would definitely recommend.

The customer service was great and I enjoyed my seafood boil. Naya was very attentive and made sure me and my date were taken care of. Will be back again.

We made reservations 2 weeks in advance just to arrive and had to wait 40 minutes to be seated, yet had we been late, the card on file would've been charged 10 dollars per person; we were a party of nine. Now, to the food, we all built our catch. I'll suggest u ask for your sauce on the side because it was very, very salty. Nor did they have crab crackers so we had to use our hands and teeth to open our crabs. The lobster bisque was not favorable, and the broccoli in my boil was raw, just adding to the disenjoyment. Finally, we decided to try the highly talked about fried cheesecake, and that was a disappointment as it tasted like a NY bagel with cream cheese. Our waiter was very nice, hospitable, and patient with us. And the drinks were ok.

Our waitress was Anyia, absolutely horrible service. Barely checked up on us. Drinks were flat, the crab didn’t taste clean at all, and the flavor was subpar. Very surprised this place has a lot of good reviews. I’ve ate better at Crafty Crab for less. 133 for two sodas and 3 pounds of crab. Just not worth it. Anyia was too busy eating than making sure we were taken care of. Sad that gratuity is automatic, seems like it was her excuse to not give good service.

Very poor dining service. Took 15 minutes for a server to come over. 15 minutes for half the table to get drinks another 15 for the rest of the table. food took 30-40 minutes to come out and didn't all come at the same time. we got old bay and garlic butter for the boils and it tasted really watered down. the wings were okay but some were overseasoned. fries had no seasoning at all. shrimp po boy was good tho. i used to like this place, admittedly i usually do take out and only did dine in once when they were still pretty new. im embarrassed to had recommended this place.

Overall experience was fair nothing to hype about it. Wings, Crab balls, mozzarella sticks were all delicious. Seafood build a catch w/shrimp head off snow crab legs noodles egg sausage with house special blend hot was ehh.. it wasn't bad but wasnt all that good as i hoped it was not seasoned well it was kind of bland. Sailor pasta was horrible it had a horrible taste. Fries were bland also.

My sisters and I ordered fried wings and calamari...The wings were fried too hard and the calamari was very dry ?. Of course the calamari and wings were frozen. Riley was an excellent waiter ❤️
