This place puts both Chipotle and Qdoba to shame. The food quality, the options, the price, the amount of food you get, and the service is so much better than them. For my first visit I tried the Burrito of the Day Special which is regular size with mild chicken for $7.99. They use Mexican rice which is so much better than the normal white and brown rice options. Then the number of different options you can add from there is just crazy. Eaten here twice now. Second time there was an issue with my order. When I called back in, the service in a negative situation was stellar, amd that is the real test. How they handle when a mistake happens.

I visited Barrio Burrito today. Saish T assisted me today and provided exceptional service. I was a little indecisive as to what sauce to go with and he allowed me to sample it by trying them on chips.

Barrio Burrito Bar puts both Chipotle and Qdoba to shame. The food quality, options, price, amount of food, and service are so much better. The Burrito of the Day Special is a regular size with mild chicken for $7.99. Mexican rice is used, which is so much better than the normal white and brown rice options. The number of different options to add is crazy, with 8 different sauce options. Customers can try a few on nacho chips before selecting. After the burrito is wrapped, it is pressed like a panini or quesadilla. A combo with nacho chips and a fountain drink still costs less than $12. The service is amazing and employees care about the experience. There are 10 different protein options including shrimp. The Dynamite Shrimp Burrito with Bang Bang Sauce is seriously delicious, with sweet, creamy, spicy, and addictive flavor. The Regular Burrito Bowl is amazing, way better than Chipotle, with incredible burrito sauce. A bowl with bang bang shrimp is so good, with so much more food than Chipotle and cheaper. The food is closely in line with Bubackoos and Qdoba, with more of a tex mex flavor. The food can be a little on the saltier side, and servings are smaller than places like Chipotle, but still enough to reasonably feed an adult. Price is reasonable, a little above $12 after tax, with promos for other items. Service in a negative situation was stellar, which is the real test.
