The quality of the food has really gone downhill. I ordered the Korean pancakes, and instead of the triangle-shaped pieces they used to serve, with plenty of vegetables and scallions throughout, I got thin strips that were basically just fried dough. It looked like a scallion pancake had been cut into random pieces, except there were barely any scallions or vegetables in it. Overall, it's a very solid spot.
The staff were friendly. The food was decent. The portions and prices were both medium. Our food was ready pretty quickly.
The potato corn dog is weird but recommended.
A couple small complaints:
One of the two sauces I had on my beef bulgogi bowl (I'm not sure which one it was) was congealed and kind of gross.
They don't let you customize the sweetness or ice level of your bubble tea. And mine had too much of both sugar and...read full review

I feel like crap, nose stuffy, sick as a dog.
I really wanted some pho, or u know a good broth, some veggies, and a decent protein. Good but light. Can fill me up but won’t weigh me down.
And let me tell you. I took a sip of the chicken broth and OMG!!!!!!
It was everything I wanted and needed.
15 mins in to eating this amazing meal, my stomach is easy and my head ache is subsiding.
