We tried to stop in here a few years back while in town and didn't make it during the limited operating hours. My wife and I were back in town last week and stopping in for a dram (or two) was high on my priority list. I am glad that it was, and I am glad that we made it in. This place is quaint, quirky, and warm with decades old nautical charm. Wonderful quaint place, great selection of whiskies and charming owner. It is was reminiscent of pubs in Scotland and Ireland we have visited. I only wish we could have met the guard dog :)

Quaint, quirky, wonderful. A tiny bar with an unreal selection of single malt Scotch (and other things if Scotch isn’t your thing), a welcoming atmosphere, and friendly, knowledgeable service.
