Very disappointing! I wish I could do no stars! Grill person was very rude ran out of barbacoa and the person on the line asked him did they have barbacoa he just shrug his shoulders! Very unprofessional I will never come back to this location.

This is very good Chipotle. I think there do too good with the customer service. Because there line are always out the door. my wife always in and out. She loves this place. And if she loves it. It's absolutely the worst Chipotle that's around Baltimore. Employees are rude and lazy. Go figure, lol. Everyone here has an attitude just because a customer asks for a little more meat or something extra. If you don't want to work, go home. Hope they lose their jobs and this location is shut down! Do not go here

That one female employee is pretty rude. She slamming stuff down, rolling her eyes, ignoring her coworkers and creating a very harsh environment for both the customers and other employees. It took her about 15 before she decided to finally ring all of us up. Mind you everyone else was very friendly and professional.

When we can in we was the only ones there then two other people came in behind us but after we ordered just the one bowl we left to eat at home so when we got home we seen that piece of hair in the food and we couldn’t return it because they was closed when we noticed
