I ordered a steak burrito on Grubhub and it arrived ICE COLD with barely any steak in it. It was like a tablespoon of steak. Before I could even try to request a refund for this nearly 20 dollar burrito, they sent a refund for 2 dollars, unprompted... so I was unable to request a refund for my terrible food. It's almost like they sent a small refund preemptively, so I wouldn't be able to request a full refund on the app. This was the first and LAST time I order from this location. I'd rather give an authentic Mexican restaurant my money.

I gave this location a few tries over the past year or so only because the staff keeps changing… hoping the food was better on taste 👅. I been here 3 different times and always without a miss the food is salty and unbearable to eat… taste like a burrito 🌯 of with salt feeling. Management needs to have there staff taste test the food before you put it on the line to be served to the public. Hopefully someone from higher up attend to this defect in your business cause your staff is not holding your standards up on quality production. 🙏🏾 You do better.

I ordered a bowl from here recently. It did taste good however i found a foreign object in my food. A sort of Wood chip. it was pointy and stabbed me in the gum. Tossed the whole bowl away. Lady was not draining the sides and was placing the liquids with the sides in the bowls.

This location deserves to be rated higher. It's leaps and bounds better than other Baltimore city Chipotles— they're never out of ingredients, they have all the supplies in stock (including ice), and there's an actual manager there keeping the whole place running correctly.

By far the worst chipotle I have ever been to. The lady on the line has the worst attitude and had clearly given up, I wish I could put her name but neither did she give it to me or have a name tag on. She messed up my bowl and got mad at me for wanting it my way.
