They barely give you a whole scoop of meat and then they rush you. I ordered a kids meal and the Spanish lady was upset because she didn’t see a kid.

Not sure why the person making the order acted like speaking would kill her. With the lack of customer service at first scoop shows that I didn’t need fast food anyway.

The older lady was eating and did not wash her hands, put gloves on and started preparing customer food. I walk OUT. That kind of behavior is against the health department rules and regulations ,they have soap, water and paper towels. There are no excuses for this behavior

I wish I could give this location NO stars. I ordered a pickup last night. Got to the restaurant to pick up my mobile order about nearly 15 minutes before it closed and the door was locked. I banged on the door for a couple of minutes, watching workers purposely ignore me as I pointed to the to-go bags on the counter. Finally, an irritated, unkempt, unprofessional male, looked at me like I was annoying him. He was so rude that I started recording the encounter. I told him I was there to pick up my food and he told they were closed. I asked why did the close before 11pm and he told me it was the manager’s decision. I asked for the manager and the rude male, closed the door on me, leaving me to wait outside of establishment that wasn’t even supposed to be closed. The manager (I think he said his name was Ron) came to the door and gave the explanation they closed early because they ran out of items. I asked him why did he accept my mobile order if he was out of items, and then he said, “Oh! You had a mobile order.” I told him I told the rude male I was there to pick up my food and he called me a liar several times, while the manager did nothing. I asked for the young man’s name but the manager wouldn’t give it to me. I have never been humiliated while supporting a business. I will NEVER visit another Chipotle again. I posted the photo of the rude employee but my videos won’t upload.

PAID $165 to the website for a birthday gift card. It stated it could take 60 mins-6 hours to process. 8+ hours later nothing. Spent 45 mins on the phone with customer service and got nowhere other than to be passed around to different people in India. They couldn't tell me what happened with the gift card. Refused to give me a refund. They were not helpful at all. Even went online to try to troubleshoot it since customer support was useless and they're telling me my confirmation number that I received FROM THEM is invalid. So now I'm forced to dispute the charge with my bank. So upsetting because I've been going to Chipotle for YEARS but this was my first buying a gift card. And this was a gift card for my boss as a birthday surprise. I literally feel like Chipotle are thieves. $165 was a lot of money. Learn from my scammed experience and don't give them your money please. I want to make sure everyone is aware.
