Messed up my order and refused to do anything about it. They gave me cinnamon bites to replace the parm ones I wanted and didn’t put any cinnamon on them, it was just baked dough with no flavor. The pizza was flimsy and stuck to the box. I will go as far as I have to for a refund. Y’all are thieves and don’t deserve our money. Of course it won’t let me post the pics so I’ll try to do that in the comments.
Ordered a pizza and cheesy bread. Showed up cold after an hour, pizza was 50% slid off and mushed. Called for a refund and they refused. So we ate what we could, got to the cheesy bread, it’s 70% crust and also uncut. Called back for a refund. They refused again and the manager “Malik” said dominoes policy is we have to “bring it back to be refunded”. Thats a lie, but ok fine, we drove through an ice storm and brought it back.

Worst location ever. Delivery took over an hour. Pizza showed up cold and half of the pizza was slid off, smushed, and not even cut fully. The cheesy bread was 90% crust, burnt, and also not cut properly.
We called to get a refund and was told that they couldn’t refund us unless we “brought the food back.” We brought it back and then they fought with us about how we had to throw half the pizza out and only ate what we could. Malik claimed to be the “store manager”...read full review
