DO NOT PURCHASE ANY THING FROM THIS LOCATION.. I WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR MY MORING PURCHASE. WHEN I WENT BACK IN THE EVENING FOR A REFUND, OR A NUMBER, I COULD CALL THE NEXT DAY. ( THEY WERE NOT LISTERNING TO WHAT I WAS ASKING)THE EMPLOYEES WANTED TO EXPLAIN BANKING PROCESS. ( WHAT PENDING MEANS)I EXPLAINED SERVERAL TIMES I JUST WANTED A TELEPHONE TO CALL IF MY ACCOUNT WAS NOT CREDITED. THEY BECAME MORE RUDER THEN THEY WERE ALREADY. THE CASHER SAID "JUST CALL YOUR BANK". THE RED HEAD YOUNG LADY SAID "YES,SWEETIE JUST CALL THE NUMBER AT THE BOTTOM OF THE RECEIPT". TROUBLE JUST TROUBLE ! WISH COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE ZERO.

Mirlande, a snaggle-toothed woman claims she's the boss of the place— she is not. She just stomps around acting as if she has authority, disrespecting her staff, customers, and the like. She's also very disrespectful towards people who isn't part of the country she hails from. I saw her openly mocking someone from Dominica. The food is mediocre, and often stale. Bugs are always flying around. The prices are ridiculously high, and you get charged for foolish things. The coffee machines taste as if they aren't cleaned properly, and the workers are often young and disrespect. I frequented this shop until a few months ago. Please avoid and just visit the newsstand.

The drinks are always made horrible. Every time I visit, I have to have them make my drink again. 4 people in that little space and no one can make a drink right. I don't know why I keep giving them a chance. Save your money for the destination.

This Dunkin' location is a must if you have a few minutes before a train, because...it's the only coffeeshop in Penn Station! If you've gotten a train from Penn before, you know Penn Station is a bit abandoned. There's a newsstand and this Dunkin' (is there anything else!?). It's fine - a tiny Dunkin' stand. But if you need a coffee, this is your option. And it'll do. (But remember you may be able to get a coffee on your train - if your train has a dining car!)

This is the worst coffee I’ve had ever. The service is not great and the coffee taste like it’s burnt and sitting at the bottom of the pot for days. I asked for a salted caramel cold brew which is my go to at every Dunkin. They handed me a cold brew with no foam. I asked about the foam and they said well that’ll be .50 more. I said okay but I ordered the salted caramel cold brew. They handed me back my order and took a dollar. They did not provide any change. I realize it’s only .50 but I ordered correctly and they rang the wrong item. I clarified twice at the register what I wanted and it was still rang in wrong. Once they added the foam it was not the caramel flavor and did not help the burnt flavor of the coffee. If you’re taking the train stop somewhere along the way or wait until you get where you need to be for coffee. This will disappoint you.

Honestly one of the better Dunkin iced coffees I’ve had. Super fresh and cold. All of these bad reviews are obviously from people who expect way too much ? it’s one of the smallest Dunkins in the world, in a train station in Baltimore. It’s not that deep. Get your coffee and move

In the (usually rare) event of a bad experience at a restaurant, I will just opt to not return. However, the customer service at this Dunkin’ was so unprofessional and so unacceptable that I am obligated to warn others. Please STAY AWAY from this location!! Go elsewhere and save yourself.

This outlet is located inside Penn Station here in Baltimore and does not offer all the bells and whistles you'd expect of a typical Dunkin's. Like other Dunkin's, donuts, bagels, and baked goods are limited to what they're stocked with each morning, plus they can make a limited selection of hot drinks. Cold drinks can be found in a cooler, alongside pre-made sandwiches bearing the name of the tavern next door, so you won't find the hot sandwiches and snacks that you might be used to at regular Dunkin's.They also do not take the Dunkin's app here. Still, service was relatively efficient given a steady stream of rushed travelers bearing down on them, plus a younger dude manning the register was extra considerate. This was the only concession open here at Union Station when I stopped by on a busy morning, so it's better than nothing.Note: the insipidly contrived stock images currently dominating this Yelp listing have been uploaded by Dunkin' Corporate and do not reflect this particular location - a violation of Yelp rules. Who wants to see bare, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails shoving food or drink into their face? Do off-center, tackily slanted "action" shots add any value? Keep it classy and keep it focused on the food and drink with no distractions or gimmicks whatsoever.

The Amtrak people ask the lady what time she opens? And she answered when I feel like it! Omg totally disregard

En google maps it said open 7:30 am. They begin to make coffee at this time and put the donuts in. Awfully slow. The person working here doesn’t acknowledge you are waiting. Just horrible
