Ordered a BLT, little hamburger and milkshake on November 9th at abt 9 o’clock. When my order arrived the delivery driver was given no milkshake, and my BLT only consisted of tomatoes and lettuce. This is the worst I’ve ever felt spending money on food. I hope this location gets shut down or that whoever was working the night of the 9th of November 2024 is fired because they are dragging the five guys name completely through the gutter. I will not be going back.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I haven’t been to five guys in months and have been craving it. I work in a customer service role so I understand being tired. When ordering my food the energy didn’t give welcoming, I can ignore that bc I get it. However, I ordered a little fry and paid $5 to get 10 fries.

Very friendly greeting, but down hill after that. I was given only the cup of fries, none extra. The fries weren't done in the middle (not blanched) I asked did they blanch them, if course they said yes. I walked away and turned back shortly and the guy started blanching four baskets. Then he started sweeping the floor with his frie gloves on.....Burger was pink in the middle. Wasted my $20

The good: I was greeted when I walked in, and was quickly servicedThe bad: The girls that were preparing the bags of each order were very unwilling and had bad attitudesThe ugly: whatever happened to the fries? I got a regular fry and this is the first time I ever got this little bit of fries. To pay $20 for two items is already crazy, then to be skimped is a whole different story ?
