My go to for a quick bite to eat after work. I know that I'm getting fresh real meat made to order. I love that I can get a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. The staff are always friendly and provide a great atmosphere.
I wanna say thank you for the amazing service that was received today on Friday, May 30, 2025.Mr.Tyrice Hawkins and Aviona Williams were both friendly ,professional and knowledgeable. My food came fast and it was delicious. I will be back thank you for the amazing hospitality.

The interesting thing about this store is that they all greet you when you walk in. This is great, and I appreciate it. However - as the only person at the counter, a gentleman (looked to be in his 40s, has a beard ,slightly heavy man) walks to the counter slowly, looks at me and never utters a word. We sat in silence until I started speaking my order. The simplicity of good service evades this man so much so that I felt disrespected by him just blank staring me until I said something.
And the cherry on top? My order was incorrect. I ordered a regular Cajun Fri and a small normal fry. He inverted that order, and my wife ate my fries. (That part wasn't their fault, but I was still mad. Lol). I hate typing these reviews, but I think with the exponentially decrease of customer service partnered with the expectation of tipping, this man needs to be removed or trained. Five guys is one of the best sandwich spots. Don't destroy it by neglecting to hold your staff accountable.
