We had the 5-course dinner at Foraged, and it was a fun experience! Each dish was super creative and delicious, and you can tell they put a lot of thought into using local ingredients. The service was so kind, and the drinks were spot-on, really adding to the meal. The biggest downside was the small portion sizes—everything was so good, but it would have been nicer to have a bit more. Next time, we'll try the à la carte menu to get more of my favorites. Definitely recommend checking this place out for a fun meal in Baltimore!

Excellent service, good food and semi-shady area that adds to the allure
We went in hoping for a cozy, delicious meal, but what we got was more like a sodium bomb with a side of disappointment. The food was so salty it was hard to enjoy, and their seasonal apple drink was a total misfire... think more watery lemon slush than anything apple-flavored.
For three people and $200, we expected way more. The mushroom soup and crab appetizer were solid, but they couldn’t make up for the rest of the meal, which left us wanting... well, less salt and more flavor. It’s not a place I'll be rushing back to.

Went here for a spontaneous date night and really enjoyed it - we did the 5 course with wine pairing and had a great time. The wine pairings were truly spectacular and well thought out. Discovered a couple new favorites. Staff was phenomenal and really went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. Highlights of the menu including the mushroom stew, fried blue Catfish and a kiwiberry sorbet. Flank steak was the only weak point - I feel like we'd have preferred a pig part as part of the tasting - but it certainly was not a bad steak. Can't wait to go back and try what's new on their menu

Went for my Aunt's 80th. The food and the presentation was nicely done. Even the coffee to accompany my raspberry tart had notes that were very well received. The host/sommelier offered to take bday pics for our occasion and printed a Polaroid print for each member of our party.
My drink, which arrived with house made frozen raspberry puree and bubbly added at the table was perfection. I had the mushroom "crabcake" and beef tip pot pie. My aunt had oysters and the scallops.
The focaccia came in a perfectly baked loaf. If you've ever heard of the native local fruit called "Paw Paw", which for some reason isn't orchard grown, but can only be obtained by forest foraging (hence the establishment's name) , the butter for the focaccia was infused with this rarely encountered fruit, which was delicious. We ordered a second portion of the focaccia. The portions are small plates. I'm a big guy and I was felt full, not stuffed.
If we hadn't had to skedaddle to get to a show, my aunt would have have happily had an additional portion of one of her first two courses. I'd have wanted to check out some of the "pig parts" offerings...next time.

We tried the 5 course prefix menu for the MD Restaurant Week. The food was delicious and the service was excellent! They were able to accommodate our preferences.

I wish DC had anywhere like this spot. So wonderful from the perfectly mixed cocktail to every lovely bite. Oh that sourdough bread was memorable!

If you claim to like food and find yourself within 100 miles of this place, you have no excuse. Go. Better yet, treat yourself to a chef's table experience. The menu changes regularly, so I won't go into detail about it, but suffice it to say that Chef Chris Amendola's passion comes through in every dish. They're balanced, creative, and playful. Bravo.

Fabulous food and fabulous service. We each had the prix fee meal and the size of the courses were perfect. The cocktails were also very tasty, including the N/A ones. Hot tip: the ricotta filled squash blossoms were the bomb!
We had a fantastic experience at Foraged doing the Chef's Table, the sommelier was excellent and the food was creative. The peach blossom sorbet was one of the best things I've had in a long time.

Careful preparation of local foods, infused with love and intention. The “crab cake” from lionsmane was meh but the bread they brought to the table brought tears of joy to my eyes. A curiously salty crisp crust hid a lusciously fluffy inside and the butter…ah the butter..otherworldly. For mains we chose risotto and chicken. Fresh flavors, herbs singing, technique shining. The pot de crème for dessert was worth the calories. It’s a bit pricey but worth it—and go for the hand crafted drinks. Just as delish!
