Their online ordering system, Nabe Eats, let me place an order when the restaurant was closed. I did receive a confirmation of my order, and they charged my credit card. I never received my order, though, and when I called the restaurant there was no answer and I couldn't leave a message. Absolutely terrible experience, and I'll never try ordering there again because of it. Good grief Fortunato Brothers (where's the facepalm emoji)

Always great food, great customer service. All the food is delicious. You can feed your entire family with the 18 inch pizza. The 12 inch subs are longer than your forearm. The prices are amazing. I have been going here since the late 90’s and the service is still wonderful, nice and pleasant. You will definitely get your money worth.

Decent subs here! Fries were crispy and hot, but could have used more salt. The roll for the meatball sub really started to break apart, so it didn’t eat as well as I had wanted. The chicken parm sub, however, was good. Food is not terribly expensive either which I appreciated, but I’m not in a crazy rush to come back.
Staff was super nice. Pizza flavor was actually really good. Could have more crisp. Too floppy IMO. It’s a good football pizza. Sauce to cheese ratio great. Ignore the psycho vegan review. Decent slice!

They do not offer any vegan options (like Underground Pizza in Towson and many others do). They were also rude to me for asking. At first they said they didn't know what vegan meant. I nicely explained what vegan meant and they hung up on me. When I called back another person answered and said they know what vegan means but they would not add any vegan pizza to their menu.

today tried to get a sicilian pizza bc i delivered one one day recently and it looked so good but when i got mine it was hair in it and i jus wanted refund and it also did not look like how i originally seen it which made me want it. dont know if i will give another try.

I used really like this place I was annoyed when I was told I was being charged to use a card and the price would be less if I payed cash, then I picked up my order and it was wrong when I took it back they thought it was funny, I won't be ordering nothing else from here
