This location needs the health department to come in. Employees are filthy their uniforms are dingy, hair a mess. The older tall white man has nasty hygiene when it comes to food handling, he touches his hat the pen the paper for the hot sub orders then puts on gloves and never washes his hands. I was picking up a delivery for a customer and urgently needed to use the restroom due to a disability that causes frequent urination. Despite explaining this and asking politely, the employee at the counter—who said she was the manager—refused to let me use the restroom. Instead, she directed me to go next door to a completely different business, even though I was there on a delivery for their customer.
If restaurants don’t trust the drivers who deliver their food (at no cost to them) to simply use the restroom in a sanitary and respectful way, how can they trust those same drivers to handle their customers’ food?

Never felt the need to write a bad review till now. This location has messed up one too many times. The food, is give and take some days I receive my delivery and it’s almost like they didn’t take the proper amount of time to cook my cheesesteak. Switched from delivery to actually picking it up but even then my order was being messed up. For a few orders that I was given the wrong type of chips, no chips, or another side was wrong or missing. Tonight was my breaking point as I waited 1.5hrs for my first order for delivery to be made then stolen, remade!!!! then cancelled. It’s to the point where it’s like their hands need to be held to do things right.

Service is usually good but the elderly man that fixed my food today around 11 am was sooo nasty and rude. He needs customer service training!!

I would like to give more stars for you food...it was delicious...but I saw they keep the tomatoes slices over the container, exposing those to the high temperatures, not recommended. Also the prep guy never change his gloves, even he dispatched orders.

I’ve never been to jersey mikes and had a lot of questions. The cashier was very patient and answered all my questions politely and even gave me different options! I ordered the #9. Very yummy

I went into this store around 10:15a today to grab a bite. The young lady in the store was very rude as if I had caused her bad mood. She threw my sub on the counter and her tone was ridiculous! I told her that she needed to address her tone because it was too early and I was tired ( which I was, just getting off a shift @ work) She then picked up a utensil, I believe, is used to cut the subs ( while she was not making the subs) I feel to threaten me. Then for absolutely no reason at all, she put me out. I don't know if she was, simply, having a bad day, but it also felt a bit racially fueled, unfortunately. Wouldn't give me her name or the store number. Won't be returning there, but I will be reporting her to corporate.

Nothing to come back for ... Turkey was nothing but less than average store lunch meat. Not enough toppings available.
I will go back to Subway.

The food and service is amazing

My first and last time at Jersey mikes. They need customer service training ASAP. Ordered a meal with a fountain drink, sat down took a sip of my drink and it tasted like pure syrup, so I dumped it and tried 2 more flavors they were both disgusting so i asked someone behind the counter if I could just swap it out for a Bottled drink and pay whatever the difference, she proceeded to get smart and told me no because I had a cup, incredibly rude mean and nasty I'm not sure if she was just having a bad day or it was due to the fact that I was a black customer but I certainly don't recommended this establishment. A reg sub with chips and a drink: 15.89

I'm a vegetarian so I always get their veggie sub which is absolutely delicious & so filling & why not grab a cookie while you're at it, I've never been disappointed!
