Father had liver transplant here almost 2 years ago, that difficult process was made markedly easier with the amazing staff here. Of course all hospitals have thier bureaucratic issues Hopkins definitely tries to help though these problems more than any other facility we have dealt with. 1 star deducted for difficulty in getting different groups (IDC, Transplant, Pulmonary, Thoracic Surgery) on the same page and in agreement of next course of action.
Unfortunately having to be here many times more than I would have liked but I'm always treated professionally and respectfully by the staff . The hardest part is finding your way around such a large campus
