Had dinner here last night for a Vulcan corporate training and was really amazed with the menu selections. We were served limited menu with menu selections to include, spinach & gruyere croquettes, local tomatoes, roasted shishito peppers, sumac crusted swordfish, shrimp and la plantxa, pan roasted pork chop & wood grilled strip steak; everything was cooked to perfection. I have left core memories in this place. The food is great albeit it is not authentic Basque. Considering this is in the US, you cannot ask too much and it will still be a great experience. Bread is decent. The varieties disappoint. It is also way less expensive based on the quality of services and food. I come here every year when I can.
