Friendly and polite each time I visit. Usually the same person that runs the restaurant. Store is kept clean and customers don’t have to wait to long to order.

Bait and switch. An advertised lunch special at 6:49 Listed on the Electronic board. I was instead charged Six Dollars and ninety nine cents. When I complained, the manager said the franchise was changing the price and not honoring what was Advertised. on the board. I believe that is wrong to do and possibly illegal.
Not honoring an advertised price. Shame on you.

What happened to this staple? Perhaps it was just a bad day. The customer service was acceptable, and the ambiance was fine, but the food was terrible. The Crazy Bread was hard and dry, and I could have bought a better marinara sauce elsewhere. The Crazy Puffs were also hard and dry. I ended up having to cook dinner. If I lived closer, I would have returned my items.

I order from here occasionally, and they're super inconsistent. Sometime the service is great, sometimes the pizza is great. Today my slices and stix weren't sliced right, and I'm a little disappointed.

My wife's cheese puffs were 🔥 and my extra mostest supposed to be extra 🧀 the pizza had no cheese in the front of the pizza and a sprinkle of cheese on the back.

Wow. This is the type of pizza you buy to prank someone. A tablespoon of sauce across the whole thing, you can see the crust THROUGH THE CHEESE. And now the Crazy Bread is crazy chewy and hard. An experience that would have me debating buying 3 pizzas for $1 each, not $30 for 2.
