Reposting this review since owner lied and said they were open and helping a customer. The sign on the door says they closed at 5:30. I got their at 5:25. The door was locked and the lights were off. There were no customers in it only employees with their backpacks leaving the store. Didn't know the hours changed, thought they were still open til 7.

I ordered an açaí bowl. They were out of most ingredients. The blueberries were frozen solid and the pineapple was diced and canned. Really poor quality. Staff were friendly though

The bowls and smoothies are always delicious and filling! The store is always clean. Service is wonderful. Ms. Gladys has even called me on occasion to clarify an order or let me know if a modification was needed, etc. I love ordering ahead! Orders are kept nice and cold until ready for pickup.

While this is my second time visiting this place this week my experience hasn’t changed I’ve walked into the place of business without being greeted, the lady working has a attitude as soon as you walk in and gets upset because she has to get up and take a order. she’s not friendly at all.

Traveling through the area and this place looked pretty good online. Showed up and waited a half hour and doors were still locked, no sign of anybody inside. From the reviews it looks like I’m not the first person with this problem. Looks like this company doesn’t want to make money or employs unreliable people. OPEN WHEN YOUR HOURS SAY YOU SHOULD BE OPEN.

I love Nektar in general, but this location on Market St is the slowest I’ve ever seen that it’s not worth going. On multiple occasions I’ve waited 20+ min for one small juice when there’s no one else in the store
