They're ok not much.
I’ve had the General Taos chicken a few times and though the flavor is good it is consistently 90% gristle and fried flour. Very few chunks of actual chicken meat. The little chicken meat that you get is cooked so hard that it’s stingy and you have to chew it forever.
This is a regular spot for us - best Chinese food in Baltimore.

New Taste of China offers a variety of dishes, with the General Taos chicken being a popular choice despite some complaints about the texture. The chicken box is highly recommended by regular customers. Prices are fair for the portion sizes, but the location in an economically disadvantaged area with limited seating and a bulletproof partition may deter some visitors. Street parking is available.
