The girl who makes the coffee is focused on everything except making the coffee! They wait more than 10 minutes for two cappuccinos, and the shop is empty.

I'm an Asst. Principal and lunch is typically on the fly. I ordered lunch via DoorDash yesterday to the school. I was hungry amidst a long and full day of school and district tasks to complete. The sandwich was good, but the salad was old, wilted, and disgusting. It's sad when some food vendors give people who can't make it inside/to the restaurant the old items because they're less-likely to require a replacement. All my years of me and my family being a Panera fan, with the 'sandwich/soup & salad' classic staple as part of Panera's brand, and I was more than disappointed. -mpd

The Zesty Tuscan Bagel Stack. I'm glad Panera Bread had this third option outside of the chicken and steak. This was great.

This location used to be fine. They don’t put out the pickup orders anymore so you still have to wait in line to pick up your food.

A very well run Panera - food and bakery are always good, staff is great and we always meet other customers for some reason there more than other places. Really the way Panera is meant to be.

Kid-friendliness: Great for kids - staff are really friendly with the kids and the atmosphere and tables work great for families.

There was a large group of people there having lunch. It was hard finding a seat. Not real hard. My sandwich was perfect. I ate it all which is unusual. The cashier that took my order seemed impatient and spoke quickly as if he was saying, hurry up old lady. That caused me confusion and I really slowed down then, trying to get my order straight in my head. Overall, it was an enjoyable lunch for me.

Absolutely hands down the worst Panera in the city. The management is very rude, staff working in the kitchen don't even pretend to care about their jobs. They'll forget to put half of the ingredients on your sandwich, forget to put items you ordered in your bag, the list goes on. Not to mention the fact that there's about a 50/50 chance that any bread or other bakery items you get will be stale. And I don't mean just not entirely fresh. I mean they taste like they've been sitting out for days. Don't waste your money. Go to literally any other Panera.

Ridiculous!
1. No bread bowl.
2. No mention that there is no bread bowl....
3. No compensation for the lack of a bread bowl...
4. The manager doesn't understand the problem!....
5. Never again!!!!
