The shrimp egg rolls are chef’s kissed and the fried chicken was firee I will be back because this is a total gem 💎
I have been eating Paul Chen since I was a kid living over on Fawcett. 30 years may have passed, times and neighborhoods may have changed, but Paul Chen is still around after all this time and still very good. I hope this restaurant and this review are still here a decade from now, and even 2. Paul Chen is a Baltimore classic I couldn't live without.
I eat here often . I’m am all over the menu ! From the sushi to the house yagamein to the scallops with mix vegetables in garlic sauce . They give you good portions and it’s restaurant quality. I wish I could give them 10 stars . The next time I won’t be so greedy to eat and forget to take pics 😁

Paul Chen Hong Kong Restaurant offers a decent selection of dishes, including fried rice, fried donuts, and authentic Chinese cuisine. The extensive menu makes it a popular choice, especially for dishes like beef fried rice, which customers find always tasty. The restaurant's environment is wonderfully clean and beautiful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The inside is warm and inviting, with simple but comfortable chairs and nice music that adds to the cozy feeling. The service is generally good, with friendly servers providing attentive care. Many customers appreciate the fresh and clean taste of the food, which reflects the high standards maintained by the restaurant. The menu prices are reasonable, and portion sizes are generous. Despite some dishes being over-fried, such as chicken wings, and occasional delays in delivery through UberEats, the overall quality and ambiance make it worth a second visit. The restaurant is known for its authentic Chinese cuisine, and some reviewers hope it will reopen for dine-in soon, as many still prefer to enjoy their meals inside.
