Never again with this location. I'm almost enraged trying to make myself drink this 🙄
I'm a creature of habit and always get the same thing. My drink wasn't made correctly (with extra milk) and I took it back. The guy was more focused on speaking vs. listening and remade it worse. I was already going to be running late to work bringing it back and didnt have time after it was again remade incorrectly to fix the issue. I just won't return. This location has been inconsistent in the past but this was the worse.
For reference, this is supposed to be a grande shaken espresso in a venti cup with cold foam. I was trying to explain that I wanted the larger cup to give room for cold foam (not extra cold foam or extra milk). This is what I got...looks like a tall sized drink thats more cold foam than drink.

Solid outpost of national coffee chain. Parking and access is a bit funky (but not hazardous like their nearby outlet st York and Regester). Typical offerings by friendly/knowledgeable barristas. Seating area is a bit cramped.

Arrived there on a Saturday at 5:45pm (45 min before closing). Curtains were down, chairs upside down on tables. The staff were rude and acted as if the store were closing. We still tipped them well.

Terrible customer service, there was no coffee prepared when I ordered. The barista proceeded to make coffee and he poured my coffee as it was being brewed. I explained it would be too strong and he disagreed. He seemed annoyed. The food in the display case looked dry and unappetizing. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.

The service at this Starbucks was disappointing. The cashier's attitude was unfriendly—no polite words, no eye contact, and overall, it felt like they didn't care about the customer experience. Not what I expect from Starbucks.On top of that, their supply chain seems broken as they ran out of grande cups. To make matters worse, they used venti cups instead, but only filled them with the amount of a tall cup—literally half a cup of coffee—without any explanation. Definitely not up to Starbucks standards."

I don't get to this location very often, just due to where it is located. It hasn't changed much inside. It was not a bad experience but it was not great. I came in, there was one person working behind the counter. I waited my turn to order after two people before me placed their orders and the barista made the orders. Then, she took my order and the next person. I sat down to wait. Another barista came out from the back, and the first one left on break. The new barista made the drink of the lady after me, took 3 more orders and made all of them. I went up at that point and asked about mine. He thought it was already made for some reason... So, I got it eventually.

Smaller Starbucks just a few areas to sit in winter, show some outside seating , and the service team is great. Went on a Saturday morning. But if later in the day Charles St is extremely busy, prepare for that.

I love the staff that work here. They are delightful but for some weird reason they don’t do decaf drip and don’t do decaf pour overs. It’s so frustrating!!!!
