I have been here once and decided to come back again, everything was great as the first time! The girls who work in this place do their job perfectly. They are very friendly and fast in their work, the place is very clean. I will definitely come back here more than once!“

“There appeared to be only one person on duty at the time. She was extremely slow and appeared to be very distracted by the outside of the building. I approached the counter and began to give my order. The person on duty left the counter and proceeded to get a chair to prop open the doorway.
As I ate my sandwich the person on duty did this again with another customer. It was rather weird.“

“I stopped here today to pick up lunch/dinner and was pleasantly surprised by receiving excellent customer service even while the manager was training his staff! I was addressed by name when I walked in for my online order and was checked out warm smile from the cashier. Great experience all around. I'll definitely go back.“

“App was easy to use.Placed notes in box and Subway hit the nail on the head!Sandwich was made neatly, wrapped securely And delivered within estimated time frame.The delivery person was very polite and friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a flat entrance onto curb and into food place. There is ample space for wheel chairs 3 or more.“

“It's the only place that's open in my area 24/7 only half of the employees can understand what you are saying which does make it hard when trying to build my sandwich the way I want it but otherwise it's a good little place for a late night bite.
I saw others comments about the homeless people just ignore them and you will be fine they will not do anything because there is always a security guard that stands outside by them so they can't cause terrible

Vegetarian options: I think it is labeled what is and what isn't idk I eat real food sorry but I'm pretty sure I saw a little sign above what things where veg.

Parking: You can park next to the subway or on st.paul St. But on St.Paul you'll have to pay but I think the pay cuts off at a curtain time not sure I usually just walk there

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there is a very easy to access wheelchair ramp it's kinda tight so idk if it'll fit no scooter type of chair but a basic roll n go would be fine“

“Surprisingly, this was a VERY clean Subway. The server washed their hands and selected fresh gloves before preparing my sandwich. I was in & out in minutes & the prices are reasonable and what you expect from a Subway chain. It's in a mini strip mall with very limited parking, so be prepared to hunt for a space.“

“That gas station chicken isn't that bad but the one I had tasted like it was sitting there a bit too long. Not sure if that's the regular taste of the chicken or if it was really sitting but the honey biscuits was bussing bussing. I'd eat this chicken at times id know my normal favs are closed or far away or last minute, short time type scenerios.“

“This is now the *only* Subway I go to. Frankly, I never went to Subway until I discovered this place. The ingredients here seem exceptionally fresh & I am never shortchanged on them. I kno older reviews have a lot of complaints about not getting all the ingredients, etc.- but that must have been under a previous management. It's why I always sort reviews by most recent first.I always have particular tastes w/my orders & there is one employee at this location who knows exactly how to make my sandwich and he is always there when I go. (I will get his name & update my review.) I get the Double Monster in a wrap (instead of a roll) w/specific choices (Beef, Bacon, Pepper Jack Cheese, Chipolte sauce & all the toppings except jalapeños). He puts the ingredients in a specific order that he knows will work best. And tho it is a challenge to get the wrap to roll around all those ingredients - he gets it done perfectly every time. It's an art to watch & everyone in the store stops to watch him do it. The other employee kindly calls him from the back to come out when they see me enter the store...b/c they know I would like him to make my sandwhich. The other employee has made my sandwhich & did a perfectly good job - but there is a special rapport I have w/the one who regularly makes my sandwhich. And we have fun while he makes it.I always leave a good cash tip tho I pay by credit card for the sandwhich. I do this in most food shops & restaurants I go to b/c I don't know for sure whether the employees get the full tip in the credit card. Some places, the owners take a share of the tip on credit cards. It's the main reason I still carry cash around :-). Will update w/employee's name.“

“If it's a decently made sub sandwich for a modest price, this place fits the bill just about every time. The gentleman making the food was efficient and polite. The food has always been consistent from store to store and that's always a good thing.“

“Consistent food as with other subways. Location is convenient to those traveling through Arbutus. Prices are reasonable and food is fresh. Sometimes there's difficulty with parking in this area is that little tiny parking lot fills up quickly.“

“I work nearby here and I often stop in to get food after work. The employees are very quick which is nice after a long day of work. I occasionally eat there, they have a fireplace which is great when its cold outside! I generally get a coffee here too which is convenient in the mornings esp with their breakfast combo. The new footlong cookies are great too. Greatful for their attention to detail on the mobil orders I have always gotten very accurate orders. I only go to this location in baltimore“

“Speed of service was fast the food was delicious they were wearing gloves while serving the food but I didn't see any sanitize water at the end of the line and it did not wipe down the line with sanitizer as they was going along now right there with build up food “

“This is my favorite Subway in Baltimore. I just wish they were open later but I understand labor shortages/ safety of employees.Every time im there the employees seem to be in a genuine good mood and are always friendly. The manager (i think she is at least) is nice to her employees and patient with them when they don't know how to do something.They place is always clean and the line moves fast.“

“This Subway is one of the best ones I've visited. The food is always fresh and I always get it my way. Keyran and Rosie are always there to provide a smile or a joke while making your order. So stop on by while shopping in this center for a sandwich or just a smile.“

“Located inside of Sinai Hospital and very convenient. I visit this location on a regular basis because they are open 24 hours. Good food and as always fresh. The tomatoes could be more ripe instead of green. My sandwich was put together messy which is reflective of the service in my opinion.

“I placed my order through the app and all 4 items were made to order. The app was easy to navigate. When I arrived, my order was ready. I just had to grab the chips and fountain drinks. I'm glad I ordered ahead, because there was a line to place an order inside the store. From what I saw, it was clean inside.“

“This was my first visit to this Subway as it is inside the Exxon station and easy to miss. The employees were very friendly, the subs were tasty, and mostly made to order. I placed the order online, so they may have missed the request to make the bacon crispy.

The Rotisserie Chicken tasted really good, while the Teriyaki was a little on the sweeter side and not as spicy as expected, so it didn’t quite hit the mark for me. “I went to take advantage of the "New Sweet Onion Steak Sub". Let me just say that it's just a steak sub with the sweet onion sauce on it which I thoroughly enjoy anyway. “Recently, my kids and I decided to grab a bite to eat after a school Christmas event. This subway was clean and thankfully not very busy although there was a consistent stream of customers while we were there. If they are working on a sub they cant just stop, deglove, press the confirmation button to silence it, reglove and finish the sub. Subway should consider changing that sound or workers with ptsd might start quitting from the potential trigger.“

“I went in this Subway around 9 pm. I immediately noticed how clean this Subway is. I noticed everything was in its place and there wasn't any trash on the floor. I was greeted, which a lot of other stores don't do, but if they're busy, I wouldn't expect to be greeted. The young lady took my order, and was very quick to take the order and prepared both of my orders. I believe I was only in this Subway for about 10 minutes. The young lady even engaged in conversation with me. Yes, I would return to this place again. ? The subs were very good and fresh.“

“Sabuss was excellent customer service. Stores very clean. But the turkey is sliced so thin you can see through it. Come on, Subway! You want us to pay for extra meat, but it is regular meat. Make that right. Too thin

I find that sandwiches often have too much bread and not enough filling but the ratio was perfect! As a lover of broccoli rabe, I was happy with how well it had been prepared. “I do not usually have problems at this location. The only problem is have is one of the workers by the name of SOLTAN does not change his gloves. I be having to tell him to change his gloves before prepping my meal. It’s human decency to not cross contaminate. So please when you’re getting your food make sure to tell him to change his gloves and wash his hands.“
