I went in before 8 o clock and I guess the gentleman forgot to charge me for a pretzel and wouldn’t let me pay for it. I could see said pretzel and was starving. Convinced it’s bad luck to order anything besides your regular order because for years I’ve gotten the chicken bacon ranch and never had any problems or complaints. Sad starving disappointed loyal customer who will not fill up on the small cut 6 inch ☹️
Whatever happened to basic customer service?I walked in today and neither of the people at the counter said hello.I continue to stand there while one gal was sliing cheese right in front of me and the other gal was checking out a customer.After the customer had paid and walked away from the counter, still no one said anything.
