I placed an app order for pick up requested toasted veggie subwith extra cheese and extra veggies. My cheese was not melted and I got regular amounts of everything. When I tried to address the reps they told me the only thing they could do was to reheat the already prepared sub WHICH WAS ALL VEGGIES!!I declined as it would melted the cheese but make the veggies gross.. all in all I was told to reach to customers service, I had to reach out twice just to get an I'm sorry and they'll talk to the staff, but please come back... I swear they have lost Me for life!!

I went in before 8 o clock and I guess the gentleman forgot to charge me for a pretzel and wouldn’t let me pay for it. I could see said pretzel and was starving. Convinced it’s bad luck to order anything besides your regular order because for years I’ve gotten the chicken bacon ranch and never had any problems or complaints. Sad starving disappointed loyal customer who will not fill up on the small cut 6 inch ☹️

Whatever happened to basic customer service?I walked in today and neither of the people at the counter said hello.I continue to stand there while one gal was sliing cheese right in front of me and the other gal was checking out a customer.After the customer had paid and walked away from the counter, still no one said anything. I don't expect anything but basic common courtesy. And if somebody who knows that I'm walking into their business cannot even say hello to me. Then they absolutely do not deserve $1 of my harder money.I will happily drive by your location to go to another location. Or simply just choose something else to eat. There's plenty of Choices.Oh, and as I walked out of the store and said in my car. I could see the person who checked out the customer looking through the window at me smiling. That Simple action right there will cause me to never, ever step foot in your store.

I swiped my card. Transaction was approved. Manager Sharon refused to give me my food or a refund. She said that I did not pay. I showed her that the transaction was deducted from my account. I had the csr from Navy Federal tell her that the transaction went through and that the money came out of my account. Manager Sharon refused to listen and trash the food that I paid for. She would not give me the district managers info and was very rude/argumentative. I just want my money back, and I will never spend my money at this franchise again!

Poorest customer service and really rude teller, they really need to learn how to speak with customer who give them business. I went to get footlong sub today and teller (black girl) starting taking soo rude as she not willing to work, I being eating sub from subway for more then 10 year but never being treated like this before , I promise to my self I will never visit this location again and will recommend everyone not a good place to visit when u hungry.

Go to this location if you want HORRIBLE customer service. They need to at least have one adult working at all times because the two bratty teenagers served more attitude than food.

Posted "covid hours" said open until 8pm, I arrived at 7:36 to locked doors and a employee who saw me walking up and immediately went to the back.. she then proceeded to come out and watch me drive away.. you're already closing early due to covid at least stay until posted hours.. customer service is non existent.

2 employees behind the counter. 1 male and 1 female. The male was a very slow sandwich maker and the female, possibly manager on duty, just watched while chatting on the phone by Bluetooth. 34 minutes to get 4 footlongs!

Just wanted to say I had a great experience tonight. 9/23/21. Walked in around 5:45pm. Greeted at the door, young gentleman at the counter made my sandwiches promptly correctly, and competently.
