The staff is friendly and accommodating, working hard to provide a great dining experience. Customers can self-serve using the tablets or join the line and have someone ring them up. The space is well-stocked and the ordering system is easy to navigate. The bagels are nicely crisp on the outside, and the cream cheese schmear is generous but not ridiculous. The shop is spotless and appears to be very well managed.
