The folks at the McHenry row location always take good care of me. The service is always stellar and warm. The food and service is consistent. Compared to Columbia, this location has its shit together. Love this place.

Staying at a nearby hotel for business and I've already gone 3 times to this spot for brunch. Very tasty bagels. Staff is friendly and welcomes you in and even walks around asking everyone how they are doing.

The place was packed on a Monday morning. There were a bunch of people waiting in the lobby/ordering area. And they were clearly also getting a ton of mobile/delivery service orders.
The staff was great - really on top of things.
The food was fine - nothing too special. Minor gripe, but the bacon on my sandwich was not evenly layered - one half had a nice chunk, while the other half had none.
