“The manager, Carlos, is extremely professional and solutions oriented. There was a miscommunication between myself and one of the cashiers when placing my order. As a result, a buy one/get one discount that I was entitled to was not applied. I was charged full price. I requested a refund, and was informed by Jessica that she was not able to execute the refund. Instead, Carlos, the store manager/owner would have to conduct the transaction. He was not in at the time, but Jessica assured me that he would take care of it. He did refund the money without a problem.
It’s very frustrating when staff don’t know how to execute discounts (sometimes it’s really not their fault if there’s no training), but it’s always refreshing when store managers and owners like Carlos come to the rescue to remedy the situation. Thank you!“
“My son ordered a door dash delivery and the order was missing an item.The owner, I believe his name is Dave, delivered the missing item along with a free smoothie to our home within 15 minutes from contacting the store. He was very apologetic and would not accept a tip. Impeccable customer service !! Thank you Dave, you went above and beyond!“

“The staff was extremely friendly, greeted every customer as they entered. Despite them having a extremely large order during the time that I place my order. I ordered the Bahama mama smoothie which is delicious. Very clean as well as the restroom. They definitely deserve a raise because they were knocking all the orders out.“
