We enjoyed small plates, sides, and salads on a warm evening. Overall, a good experience - the servers were attentive, but, gotta say, the service/food was super slow. We waited outside for a server to acknowledge us for about 10 min. Once she arrived she appeared to be slammed and rushed — she was trying her best and I get it. Servers get slammed. We had three great meals at Trye Chesapeake in the space of a couple weeks—dinner for 8, dinner for two and brunch for four—and they were all fantastic! Oysters raw, fried, Rockefeller, crab and fish and the Mac and cheese and so much more! The service was terrific no matter the size of our group, and we sat outside by the water on one occasion. All good as always! Oh, and try the cocktail: The lemon stick—perfection!!!!
