Birroteca Baltimore Reviews
One of my favorite places in the city.
I have visited Birroteca a few times a year for several years, and the food is always good. The wine list is nice also. The Service is pleasant and efficient, so I plan on coming back in the future.
Nice spot for good pizza. It's kinda of tucked away so you shouldn't expect random folks patronizing.

Birroteca Baltimore is a cozy restaurant known for its consistently delicious food, including the charcuterie appetizer, which is perfect for sharing. The staff is friendly, and the entrees are tasty. The pizza, including the spicy Italian option, is a standout, and many customers say the pizza, pasta, and drinks are especially good. The space is comfortable with a tavern-like vibe, and the atmosphere is relaxed, making it feel like being in Italy. The Italian wine selection is impressive, offering solid choices by the glass. Appetizers like fried polenta and Brussels sprouts are highly praised, with the fried polenta described as crispy on the outside and melty inside, paired nicely with tomato vinaigrette. The mushroom Ragu with homemade fettuccine is noted as fantastic, and the zozzona is praised for its perfect flavor, seasoning, and generous portion. Customers often finish with the Italian Kit Kat dessert, which is considered one of the best desserts ever, with layers of chocolate, hazelnut, crunch, and mousse. Service can be slow, especially during busy times, but the relaxed atmosphere and outstanding menu make it a great spot for both lunch and dinner. The lovely location and ample parking also add to its appeal for a good meal.
