Last night me and my 12 year old sister went to pick up pizza which is not unusual for us. The owner Joseph knows my face as I’ve been going to pick up pizza for almost 3 years for my parents and they’ve been going there for upwards of 10 years. My sister went to buy a soda and as soon as I looked down and wasn’t paying attention, he took a 10 dollar bill from her and gave her 1 dollar for a $3.50 soda. When I asked her what happened he began to yell at her calling her a liar and saying that wasn’t what happened, I asked him to lower his tone while speaking to my sister and he continued to yell. I went to get my mom and she came to talk to him and he proceeded to yell at her. The service is disgusting and he will never see another penny from me or my family.

I just left Vito’s within the last hour! Joseph the guy there yelled at my daughter and was disrespectful to me . I have been patronizing this business for more than ten years and have never been treated so disrespectfully. I sent my daughters to get my
Pizza and my 18yrnold paid with a 50 dollar bill. My younger girl had a ten and wanted to buy a soda. She was given dollar back. When she told Joseph she gave him a ten he began yelling and said she gave him nothing . If that was so why did he give her a dollar He would not let her talk and was rude. I came in and asked what happened and he began yelling I asked him to lower his voice; he didn’t. She wanted to tell him what happened he kept yelling . I wil not be back . Neither will any of my family !

This was my first time in this restaurant. I was excited to try as there was a long line of customers placing orders. I was expecting a great pizza. WRONG! I ordered a 12" pizza, cost more than $20. Such a disappointment, pizza lacked flavor, crust was very tough. This was my first and last time at Vito's.
