One of my favorite bars in Baltimore! Excellent candle-lit ambience, delicious and unique drinks/mocktails, great meet-up spot and conveniently close to Clavel. Does get quite busy and crowded at times so seating may be tight, and service can be slow as a result, but understandable!
I…love…Amari….let’s just get that out into the open. I can’t say the atmosphere is what I expected walking in, but it was certainly something to remember, haha. I won’t go too much into it, because the other reviews are pretty spot on, but it felt like a time-warp and it was truly immersive. Dark, old-timey, and candle lit, I loved it. The experience alone is worth the visit (clever owners). The vibe was chill yet active, if that makes sense. It was quite populated...
Worth the hype! Had the B E S T espresso martini in addition to a couple of their speciality Amaro tastings. Definitely has some real turn-of-the-century speakeasy vibes. Went with friends from out of town and they were so impressed that they’d like to return before they leave again ?
