About Kay's place

Kay's Place is a family-owned restaurant with new owners. The food and service are good, with dishes like chicken and waffles cooked just right. The shrimp and grits were also delicious. The atmosphere is comfortable and kid-friendly. Some customers mentioned that the pancakes and burgers could be bigger, but overall, it's a spot worth visiting for a tasty breakfast or lunch. The restaurant has lots of seating, including booths and a diner bar, creating a cozy neighborhood vibe. The home fries are some of the best potatoes, cooked perfectly, and the portions are good. The food is flavorful, and the waitresses are friendly. The cook even brings your order to the table, and the chef’s efforts do not disappoint. Visitors often plan their next visit, eager to try more dishes like chicken and waffles or the chipped beef with gravy, which is meaty and satisfying. Kay's Place offers a pleasant dining experience worth returning to.

Very long hr wait food, bag, and staple without being able to check. It made three separate orders and it was put in one bag no labels they didn’t have enough employers the Guy bagging the food looking at the order couldn’t see and didn’t have any glasses. The atmosphere is country & small when you order your food You either wait at the front of the door or outside I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese, turkey, bacon, egg, and cheese and a Scrabble egg and cheese...read full review
Food not the same , had the shrimp and grits this morning. Not particularly good, not what I’m used to. Staff not upbeat or friendly like before.
Our breakfasts were delicious. We had the corned beef and the pancakes. The grits were hot and creamy, the hash was crispy outside and soft and tasty inside. It was all very good. I’d recommend going here for breakfast
