My husband and I have been here at least a dozen times, have taken other friends as well. We are always greeted and told about the 20% being included in each drink order and we’re fine with that because the mixologists are fabulous, the atmosphere is wonderful and we will continue to patronize this wonderful establishment and support the city of Baltimore and a small business in the process.
Absolutely Beautiful establishment great scenery and delicious cocktails 🔥🔥…...
This bar is one of my favorite little hidden gems!

W.C. HARLAN is a charming speakeasy that embodies an air of mystery and sophistication. The carefully curated decor, ambient lighting, and soulful music transport visitors to another era, providing a peaceful escape. The expertly crafted cocktails are truly amazing, with great flavors and beautiful presentation. While it may take some time to prepare drinks on busy nights, the friendly and attentive bartenders make up for it. The space offers a delightful atmosphere, with real candlelight and music that sets the perfect mood. The drinks are delicious and reasonably priced, with generous portions. Although the small size can lead to crowding and slower service at times, the unique charm of W.C. HARLAN makes it a treasured gem.
