“First of all the much older women they have in their on certain days don't know what's on the menu. Don't know how to use proper grammar when taking an order.. then they will let you proceed to place an order only to tell you they don't have most of what. And the little short old lady with the gray hair who look like she should have sat down a long time ago is about as ignorant as the person who tried to help her out. I have learned that most Baltimore City fast food restaurants are always unprofessional because they used to just being straight ghetto. You can go in other cities and states to a fast food restaurant and let the white people be running it and you get the most superb services. And a nice clean environment.“
“Honestly great Wendy's. Only thing that felt off to me was the atmosphere. Also I'm going to assume they just mopped the floors cause that was Sticky AF. Like it felt like a Mob of Kids Spilled a Gallon of Dr. p all over the floor. Other than that there Food is usually good. I got 2 Pumpkin Spice Frosty's. Just wish they were a bit more Firm like ice cream. They were a tab Melted. But seemed as Everyone there was happy
Parking: There is actually quite a lot of parking
Kid-friendliness: A lot of kids come in most likely because of the Frosty's and the fact that Wendy's machines never break like McDonald's. Also they have a Kids menu
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it's Wheel chair Accessible“
“Typical Wendy's menu. I ordered a baked potato with chives at drive through and when I got it, I did not get the sour cream that I though it should have already on it which meant that I had to go into store and get straightened out but they gave me 2 packs straight out of a fridge that made my meal cold. Should have been onit when I received it!“
“Much better interior eating area from the last visits. It was clean and there were supplies and drinks available. The food service was quick. The cashier could have better people skills. ( even if it's false greet people with a warm greeting)
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking and ramp“
“Brittany is a great worker and super friendly!
Kid-friendliness: The morning person Brittany is very nice and goes out of her way to make sure everything is correct and is really friendly. Much better then they were a year or so ago.“
“Place was empty but the drive-thru was kinda crowded so the two staff members were busy dealing with them. This location is usually short-staffed so the wait time (~7 minutes) was to be expected. The pineapple mango lemonade is probably my new favorite drink.“
“I wish I would have gotten the young man's name. Drive through system was down. He handled that front end like a champ. Even with the influx of customers and the ones who wanted to be ignorant he did well under pressure. I'll update my review the next time I'm in the area to get his name. Food was hot and fresh. Thank you so much.“
“The line in the drive-through was long but moved steadily. The food was hot, and my order was accurate. The burger was very greasy but had a good flavor. The fries were much better than other fast food places. This is much better than last year when I vowed never to eat there again. The service was horrible, and my order was always wrong. I appreciate the effort they made to improve.“
“You know what? I'm not even gonna take any time ripping on the employees. My service and food was amazing (for fast food).
I had a 20 minute wait to the speaker, then another 5 to place my order once there.
It is beyond WILD to me that corporate would rather slave two people in the kitchen and provide 0 star service, tanking the brand's reputation, than to close a location and move the workers to another location where they would be, oh I don't know, FULLY STAFFED?
Kudos to the workers holding down the restaurant while capitalist pigs make profit from your blood and sweat (it is Wendy's, probably not far off) by forcing you to work unsafe, under staffed locations.“
